I'd like to complain about the services provided by gionee.
I had purchased a phone about three months back and just after a month o[censored]sing it, it started giving me problems so i gave my phone to the service center about two month back. At first they said they'd send it to the lab and would inform me regarding the phone within 15 days but i didn't receive any information for a month.
And i called the service center to find out what exactly had happened.
They again told me that they'll inform me after 2-3 days but again i didn't receive any call.
O again i had to call them back and they said there was some kind of moisture problem.
I told them what had happened to my phone and one of the their employee said that they would make my phone free of cost and would be ready within a week. But again i didn't get any information about my phone.
I waited for a week more. Still i didn't get anything. So i called them back and then they said that i had some payment problem all of the sudden. I tried explaining them how their employee had told me that they would do it for free but they didn't pay any attention to what i told.
O i told them i need my phone back, again they told mr the same thing.
They told me to wait for another 4-5 days.
I still haven't got any response regarding my phone.
