The Gionee M2 I purchased some months ago turned out to be a complete fail. The headphones and charger stopped working within 3 months after I received it. Due to a busy schedule I decided to let it go. Recently the phone stopped charging as well. While the headphones and charger aren't such a big issue, without the phone charging I can't use it at all. I submitted it to the service center in Kolkata, near South City Mall. I was told that I would receive it within 2-3 days as the problem was minor. And now it's been more than 2 weeks and I've called several times to keep hearing that I'll get my phone within the next couple of days. I was warned about purchasing a Gionee phone by most of the people I know but I did anyway, and it's turned out to be a waste. The Customer Care number also never works. They either just pick up and disconnect, or don't pick up at all. Seems to be pretty deliberate. I've read many reviews about your service and everyone is saying it's poor. If this continues I don't see how you people look to be helping your customers.
Anyway I would like you to please look into the matter and see that I receive my phone as soon as possible without further delay.
