I would like to share my terrible experience with gionee customers service/support/service.
Issue : my phone got dead while playing game.
When i sent my phone to service center. They informed me to pay 15435.70rs for the repair, as the phone had encountered physical damaged/liquid damage. I am not sure how the hell this can happen, when the phone was never into contact with water and was never mishandled by me.
When i asked them the details with justification there was no response from them
The estimated amount quoted to me 15435.70 rs, which is almost 60% of amount of brand new phone is not acceptable.
Gionee, doesn't have any protocol or escalation matrix to hear customers concerns? Only one email address on their website, and cc experience is pathetic.
I feel i'm been cheated by gionee and surly feel it was a big mistake to choose gionee phone.
