i've purchased the unit on the 1st of january 2013, i've problem right from Day 3, when i noticed the battery doesn't last even 45 minutes, the unit is promised witha 10 hours battery back up, i've given this for service nearly 6 times, even it was taken to milagrow service center in gurgaon and spent a month:, i've claimed for a replacement or refunnd from Day 7, when i found they couldn't fix the unit for the first 3 days, they're policy states replacement or refund if any issue reported within first 7 days, I've been dodged to travel across all the corners of service center that they suggested me: which i've done: I want to file a legal complaint on this, i would like some suggestion: so i can show the mail stinkers which ive sent to milagrow for last 11 months.
The unit is not working since last two days, i got it back only 1 month back from the Gurgaon service center
