I bought a Aquaguard water purifier worth 19, 200 from Girias Malleshwaram. They gave me a world cup offer of 2% cashback on India vs South Africa match. I was eligible for this cash back if India win the match and the same happened. I called them instantly and they replied i would get my cashbach after the world cup series. Now after the series if i called them, they asked me to come to the outlet nad collect the cashback. After i went to the outlet they told they cant provide me the cashback as the world cup season is over. How ridiculous is this. This is the utter cheating i had ever seen in my life. I can share my bill number if anyone needs it. Guess what... Even though the cashback which i am supposed to receive is very less, i will teach these a lesson. i would lodge a complaint in the consumer court regarding this.

    Hello, I purchased an LG inverter AC on April 11th 2015 since there was the Tamil New Years offer which had clearly stated a free installation, a tower fan, induction cook top and a family package. I have paid and initial amount of 17000 and the balance will be on an EMI basis through my Bajaj Finserv as I am the card holder. The customer verified my details when I provided him the information that he requested and he crossed verified the data of my Bajaj account on the system and that is how I was able to purchase the AC. The package will be delivered on the 30th of April as per my request. Apart from that the advertisement clearly stated that for Bajaj EMI card holder will receive a gift worth 2490. Now it crossed my mind when I purchased the AC which was on the 11th however I went today April 14th 2015 and inquired on the same. The guy by the name of Vineeth who is more of the cashier at this branch kept insisting that I should have inquired about this the day I purchased the AC. He along with another customer service guy stated that I have not bought my AC using the card so I would not be eligible for the gift pack. I told them that I am paying my EMI through the bajaj scheme and it does not stated anything on the advertisement about purchasing using the card but clearly states 'for card holders they get for a gift pack worth 2490'. Now I am a card holder yet why are they insisting I am not eligible for it. Are they giving this gift from their own pockets or are they dodging the customers so they can pocket the gifts. This is really unacceptable customer service. I would like for you to look into this. You can track my finance using my mobile which is [protected].

The problem is sound bar not working when insert the AV pin. Its only working when insert the small pin which one for use of mobile to sound bar. I inform to girias they said that small pin enough.         I purchased Fridge, washing Machine and AC from Keelkattalai chennai branch. Of which Fridge and Washing machine are taken in a exchange offer . Almost one week passed away, nobody turned up till today to take back the old products. What the Bull management you are running. What the bloody management is doing i don't know. Today Irresponsible customer service . The total team is irresponsible, especially the manager involved in this purchase is Mr.Joel. If it is not taken taken back, i am going to lodge a police compliant against the responsible team.

          Hi Team, This is Chris, We have recenty purchased a home theatre system from Girias Anna Nagar shop they have sold the display piece with some other remote of another set to us, am highly disappointed and underwent severe agony following up with technicians of sony finally they confimed yes, the shop also agreed they have sold the display piece, seek your kind assitance for justice of customers like me. Would wish to witness justice in this case soon, as the player not working was following up with people for more than 1 week by going through unneccessary stress and Trauma.             Hello all, We purchased 2 ACs on Feb 14th-2015 from Girias jayanagar outlet-Near Ashoka pillar, and we were promised a DVD gift hamper worth Rs 10, 500/- as we had purchased through Bajaj Finance, but even today after nuemerous calls to the sales person and the Bajaj finance representative they still maintain that the gift has not reached them. All of them are dodging my calls now. Be ready to experience horrible customer service if you are buying from them, they really dont care after you have paid for the goods. I can share the bills on request.

              Hi, I am Ramesh, (CELL [protected]) i brought a LED Philips TV, from GIRIAS MALLESHWARAM, show room on 26.102.14., VIDE INVOICE NO. 8724 At the time of purchase they given all details of offers PHILIPS SCRATCH CARD 2014 & 3YEARS WARRANTY \. But even today the Show room executives not handed over Scratch card 2014 of Philips. But the Philips executives says they have sent all offer related with the product only. Every time from purchase i visited more than 7 times to show room met concerned manager and one Mr. Abhilash executives says he will call me in 3 days, which has not come even today 08.01.2015. when i checked on line they charged more for the product also.                 I had paid for a Panasonic TH 670 50 inches at the HRBR Layout branch of Girias. Though I paid and the amount was reflecting in their account for the last 6 days, still they have no clue as to what's happen arround. The sale man Lakshmikath, cell no[protected] promised me to stay home on 15 th to receive it as I live alone. After waiting for the whole day and 32 calls to his number, I was left disappointed and without any response. On 16 th the customer care calls up to check if am happy with the TV installation, irony is still not received the TV leave alone happiness of installation. I call the landline, none pick the call it keeps ringing. I search the website and call the no. They say they will call back in 10 minutes and that never happens. I have still not received a call for delivery as am writing this. Don really know if I will ever get my TV...left at the mercy of few unethical, unlearned, non committed men in business.

                  I purchased a LG washing machine from girias annanagar chennai, they would take back the old washing machine the payment was made by cheque and washing delivered on 1/08/2014. The delivery person demanded Rs 100 as delivery charges and it was paid, he was asked to take the old machine, he said it is LG responsibility. A person from LG came on 2/08/2014 to commission the machine, he informed the dealer has lied it is the dealers responsibility to take back the machine. The dealer was contacted on phone and he said he will take the old machine in day or two. When pressed he will definitely take it back by 9 pm 2/08/2104. He has not done so. Now we are left with a packed washing machine and do not know when the dealer will fulfill his commitment and the washing machine will be commssioned.

                    I am K.C.Lazaru. I have bought a Samsung washing machine from GIRIAS. It made a stall arrangement in Chennai Trade fare Centre for 3 days ( 04.07.14 – 06.07.14.) There I booked it and give me an advance payment of Rs.1000/- I will agree to pay the remaining on the time of delivery. They assured me to deliver it on Tuesday ( 08.07.14). I called him on that day morning to confirm the time, but the salesman Mr. K.Srinivasan ( Contact No.[protected]) At last he picked the call at the evening and he given his manager’s number. He is Mr. Deva and his contact no. Is [protected]. The number was ringing. But he wont pick the call. I messaged to his mobile number that I will register a complaint. After that he said that he tell me the status of my bill within half an hour. But he never make me a call for 2 hours. So once again I call him. But he never pick my call. I am very much mindly disturbed with their poor service. Please do the needful to buy the washing machine which one I booked.

                      I bought Samsung LED 3D TV on 7th July 2013. I lost the bill they provided and now asked for duplicate invoice which is required for extending the warranty. when I asked the chennai Tambaram branch where I bought the TV, they said their database was crashed and they could not get us any old invoices. It is really unbelievable and the customer service is very poor and they said we have no rights to ask them. I said I won;t return back to your shop if you are responding so poorly, and the guy responded that its your wish and no body is forcing.

                            i've purchased the unit on the 1st of january 2013, i've problem right from Day 3, when i noticed the battery doesn't last even 45 minutes, the unit is promised witha 10 hours battery back up, i've given this for service nearly 6 times, even it was taken to milagrow service center in gurgaon and spent a month:, i've claimed for a replacement or refunnd from Day 7, when i found they couldn't fix the unit for the first 3 days, they're policy states replacement or refund if any issue reported within first 7 days, I've been dodged to travel across all the corners of service center that they suggested me: which i've done: I want to file a legal complaint on this, i would like some suggestion: so i can show the mail stinkers which ive sent to milagrow for last 11 months.
                            The unit is not working since last two days, i got it back only 1 month back from the Gurgaon service center

                              We had purchased two Ac's of 1 ton and 1.5 ton Videocon in the month of March frm coimbatore Cross cut Road GIrias and the very first day of installation the technicians changed the compressors of both the Ac's and problem started from there the ac's never worked and we had to call them atleast ten times a day so that they had come atlast and changed the compressors and left imeediately after that the ac started leaking and the whole room was filled with water the next day technicians came and they just dismantled the brand new unused ac brought by us a couple of days back which was a complete shock to us and they cooly replied that the techician had not removed the cork inside the ac before installing then again problem started as the compressor was making heavy noise and it started spitting ice and throughout and we had again called up the technician called AC KINGSLEY videocon ac mechanic and he had not responded and so we had complaint directly to girias to a person called LAVANYA she promised everything would be sorted next day a person came from their office and told that there is no enough gas in the compressor and it would have happened when the compressors were interchanged and he said will come back with gas refill and he had not turned up . We tried calling Girias so many times but they never respond .We are going to file a case against manager of cross cut road girias , customer service rep LAVANYA the technician and AC KINGSLEY.


                              PLease don't ever buy anything from girias they sell only cheap and low quality products they are real cheaters .Worst CUstoemr service . We are paying for the products but they make us feel that we had borrowed it from them.

                                This is regarding the receipt no. CrS/IN/3614 booked in Girias at 100 ft Road, Indiranagar ,Bangalore - 560038.

                                I placed an order at Girias on 20June,2013 at 12:15 pm for a Samsung Washing Machine and its accessories. While placing the order the sales executive gave me an assurance that the delivery will be made within 24 hours. However, on 21 June,2013 till 7:25 pm , i have been calling the executives repeatedly to look into the delivery of the product. The sales executive and the person who received the phone[protected] gave a lame excuse one after another and at one instance told me that the driver is already in my locality but not able to figure out the house. On further query, i could get the driver's phone number and to my surprise, the driver told me that he was not informed about such delivery by Girias till that time.

                                It has been an awful experience i had with Girias, there is no clarity on the delivery and false promises are made to customers while purchasing the product. Though my house is at a distance of 4.5 kms from Girias,Indiranagar , it couldn't be delivered on time. Request you to look into this and resolve this issue. I'll definitely discuss this horrific experience i had to go through in other complaint forums.

                                  I purchased Panasonic AC on Ugadi, April 11th,(thursday). The agreement was to deliver the product on friday and install on Saturday. But the delivery was delayed by an day and installation still not done ( almost an week now). Worst part is, the quality of sales executives and installation technicians. The sales executive had no concern of ensuring customer satisfaction by checking whether the product was delivered and installation done. It was left with us to reach the sales executive and the installation technician to coordinate and in spite of doing that, still they did not keep up the commitment. It was really pathetic to see the customer being ill treated and taken for granted. I have decided to return the product but worst thing is, the sales person doesn't know any such policy existing.
                                  The sales person name is Vishwa and there was none at an Manager level showed any responsibility to address the concern which is so worrying to see.

                                  I will never recommend anyone to Girias. Their price might be few hundreds less than Viveks or Pai but my experience in the past with Pai or Viveks were much better. Not sure any thing can be done against the worst customer service of Girias.

                                    This is regarding BAD SERVICE from GIRIAS JP nagar Sarakki branch.. i had booked a refrigerator today 17th Feb at 2 Pm and had requested them for a delivery the same day.. The manager Arun [who doesn’t know how to handle his commitments] promised us for the same day delivery.. And he said as the transport guys have already left, he would arrange for some other means of transport and i had to pay extra 150 rupees, i even accepted for this..
                                    It was around 7.30 PM, when i visited the showroom again and reminded Mr Arun for the delivery, yet again he promised that he would deliver the refrigerator by 8.30 PM.. Now to my surprise i had no update on what was happening and kept calling the showroom getting no response from anyone.
                                    Finally somehow managed to get Mr Arun's number, and called him and he gives me lame reasons about why it is not delivered today.in specific he says the driver number is switched off and they can’t deliver it today.. i always believed GIRIAS as a group would care for their customers, with such a unfriendly response GIRIAS would lose its values and Service attitude..
                                    I would want you guys to seriously consider this as an issue to resolve your company policies and request you guys not to play with Customers sentiments as the goods we buy is emotionally connected to customers
