GoAir — Refund on Flight Cancellation

I have booked the return Airtickets from Abudhabi (Abudhabi – Mumbai Abudhabi ) for myself and my family. Ticket details are as follows.

PNR – LCDNYN
Departure from Abudhabi – 8 Jul 2020 Flight G86
Return to Abudhabi – 15 Aug 2020 Flight G85

PNR – F394TY
Departure from Abudhabi – 8 Jul 2020 Flight G86
Return to Abudhabi – 15 Aug 2020 Flight G85

I got a message saying the flight got cancelled. Hence i requested to provide me the full refund. In this Go air is stating that they cannot provide the full refund . On top they are saying that if i need the refund then they will apply cancellation charges and refund the return the balance amount.
I need your support to look into this and provide me the full refund for both the tickets
