[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — Godrej Service- Worst Experience with their customer service and service partners

Hi,

We bought godrej 1.5 split ac in 2021 and they mentioned that first 2 services will be free of cost. I connected with the customer care and they said they will allign the service person for the same.

I had a word with Ramesh (service guy) next day and he connected me to Ishaan from Mehta Refrigeration, jalebi gali, mahabir chowk, narnaul, haryana. Ishaan was really rude and shouting that they will charge for the service post 1 year. I didnt got any call from service guy in the duration which was not mentioned and they said its not our responsibility for ac like any other appliances which we use in house. I asked if he is on godrej payroll and if he can share his email id and his seniors then he shouted and put down his phone.

If this is how godrej service team address their customers then i would ike to return their product and need my money back. Also i am deeply shocked with godrej service guys behaviour and would strict action to be taken.
