[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — No proper response for Service | |||
On[protected] i had Problem with my refrigerator(Godrej Eon-double door) in cooling. Fridge was not at all cooling.I had contacted customer care of Godrej and they reacted to the complaint very soon and they sent the technician within 2hrs. The technician said the part of refrigerator(defrosting board & controller) has to be changed for which i had paid an amount of Rs.2700 on[protected]Attached the receipt in mail). After servicing, the fridge was running in a good condition upto[protected]Thu) and i had contacted the technician on[protected]Fri). He said that he would come surely on next day. when i called him the next day he said by evening he will come and after that when i called also there was no response till today. Yesterday[protected] i called the godrej customer care and they asked for receipt no. and said they would send the techinician on the same day to solve the issue. Till now there is no response from godrej. When the complaint was new they solved it faster to get the payment faster but when the problem repeats after paying they dont respond or dont solve for more than 4days. If this is the case the impression on godrej will be totally spoiled. Godrej has to look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
