[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — non availability of spares for 1 ton split ac since 25/09/2017 | |||
Dear sir, i hv purchased your 1 ton split ac model no. Gsc12fr3wnt, a c ser no. 1130253 from m/s. Samarth electronics dapoli dist. Ratnagiri, maharashtra on 25/06.2014 on 08/10.2017 a technucian from your chiplun ser centre came & inspected the indoor unit & informed me that two filters, display censor and a shaft are to be replaced. He had taken a mobile photo of the spares and sent to your chiplun ser centre on 24/10/2017 i was informed by mr. Vivek varma of your kolhapur br. Under which your chiplun ser centre is working, a technician would come @3.30 p. M. On 25/10/2017 & he will replaced the damaged spares and assured me that all the required spares would be delivered as per orderon 25/10.2017 a technician came sharp @3.30 p. M. And started working but only one filter was delivered and the other spares were not at all as per order. I was also informed that all the spares were ordered by chiplun ser centre to the corcerned dept in pune and here the let Hargic scenario of your chiplun ser centre was opened. I today talked to mr. Vivek varma and asked him that as an executive he should confirm the order first with chiplun ser centre and the ask to delivred to the technician, but mr. Varma had also failed to do it. I had a bad experience of your chiplun ser centre as i was in coninueous in touch with their technician from morning till evening and he was telling me that he would definately coming to my residence for the work but at last moment the other technician came and done the work on 24/10/2017 i also confirmed with your chiplun ser centre and got information that all the required spares as per order would be delivered & replaced on 25/10/2017 this was a real fact of your so called service oriented executive and chiplun ser centrein a tough competition now a days the most important to survive in a market is a prmpt service to the customer and i surprise that a wellknown brand name of godrej, may be dam Aging by such personneli hereby request you to look into the matter seriously and inform me the date on which my ac will be repaired well in advance as now i am in thane and for again going to dapoli i hv to book either a railway or a bus ticket well in advanceregards a v gurjarmob no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
