I requested customer care for service of my Godrej make refrigerator as same was not functioning . Technician checked and fitted on spare part which description is Defrost timer 8 hours, product code RTI08HRDTIN", whereas in bill it is written PCBY system and charged of Rs 2850 and plus Rs.350 toward service charge and total amount taken by them is Rs.4200.00.My observation is whether the charged amount of spare (Defrost timer 8 hours) is reasonable ?? as the MRP column of the packet is intensely blank .Request for suitable reply.
