I bought a godrej ac on the 29th apr'18-sun from vijay sales in opera house, mumbai. I was told that the delivery would be done in 3 days and the installation in another 3 days. This happened correctly. When the technician came, he demanded of some breakage in the wall so that the ac fits correctly and could not do it himself. When i got this done and asked godrej to send the technician again, they took more than 5 days to send someone. When he finally came in yesterday, he was unable to do the installation and explained the mistakes in their own ac. He inserted the pipe and left it open and went away. He had no idea with what was happening and when i called the lady in godrej, she too did not want to help on the phone. This company is surprisingly pathetic in service and their acs too are not similar in setup like the others in the market.

I cannot deal with this unprofessional attitude of godrej and demand a refund for my product. Please have the concerned authority talk to me and resolve this in this weekend itself.

I purchased window A.C form Godrej Bhavan, Sher Shah Suri Marg, Okhla, New Delhi, Delhi -110065 on 13th of May 2018, having product code:[protected]SD00617, Model:- GWC 18 TGZ 5 RWQM. Technician came to install new A.C on 15th May asked me that A.C purchased by me is defected neither A.C nor remote is working.

I immediately informed this matter to A.S.M of Godrej ( Mr.Ankit ).He assure me to change A.C and provide me new A.C.
But I can't get the solution . I payed for new A.C. Kindly change defected A.C with new A.C

Please do needful action.

    I am a senior citizen of kolkata behala. I have booked one single door 210 lt refrigerator. It was promised to reach to me by 4th may 2018 but your kolkata office said us, due to insufficiency of the product at the dhulagar godown at west bengal, it will be delivered to by 7th may. Till date it has not been delivered to neither or us any communication happen from your kolkata office. From our side we contacted them twice and each time they assured us that the product will reach to us with in 1-2 days but to my attached surprise i found that it was not a good communication and i am harassed by your office continuously.
    Kindly take necessary step to supply the product at your earliest.

      I have purchased a godrej mwogme725cf2pzz convection microwave from sec-9, vashi branch on 6th may'18. The demo help was about to come in two days but nobody has arrived from the company yet. My invoice no is s0017_r033_000571.
      Ai have already raised a complaint ticket and have made several calls to your customer executive team, but their support was useless and irresponsible. The backened staff is just too rude and of no help.

          My name is kumar prabhat ranjan. I have purchased godrej ref. Rt eon 311p 4.3 star maze on 11 sep 2016 from nayaar electronics world pitampura delhi. Its not working since wednesday i. E. 3/05/2018. I have complaint regarding this non functionality of the product to your helpdesk. They have send a godrej guy who informed us the damaged part is not under warranty and he will complete the repair it today i. E 5/05/2018 but did not come. We are ready to pay for the service. So please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            My refrigerator get rusted in 9th year. But godrej give 10 year rust free warranty. But now the making fool to me that your refrigerator life is over and now company pay only 10% and give you 800 rs against your refrigerator.               Hi,
              We have taken the godrej refrigerator and after the warranty period compressor was having a problem. So we have called the service center (Nuthan chikmagalur), he came and repaired so we paid rs.5500 then next day having same problem.
              Then he came after a week and taken the compressor back., he didnt come for almost 5months completed. Whenever we called he wont recive. If we go to the shop always closed.
              Better dont buy godrej products, service will be horrible and after taking the money service center guys will absconding..

                Purchased siding steel almirah on 05/01/2018 from saltlake sector 5 kolkata showroom, sale invoice no 141/1037616 dt 5.1.18. One of thr sliding door is jammed and we are unable to close the door properly or lock it. It is within warranty period. Please arrange to repair urgently.                   I have one service contract valid up to 11/12/2018 for refrigerator (Double door) model gf23 sf bearing appliance no. Rfo2270-[protected] (Service contract ref no. [protected]). On 23.4.2018 against my complain no. K[protected] technician visited my house and said that godrej has stopped manufacturing of this model refrigerator and rubber bidding which is used in doors for sealing. He said nothing can be done and you have to change the fridge.

                  I want to resolve the issue of non cooling of the refrigerator chamber. Please help a customer who has service contract for maintenance of the running appliance with a suitable solution or replace relevant component of the fridge to make is work properly.

                    But on the day of installation of eon ac in the year-2015, had a issue of poor laying of copper wire then it was rectified (But with in the beneath of wall not able to view twist of copper wire) after one year relocated the ac from gf to ff by company...

                      Subject: problems with refrigerator

                      Dear sir,
                      I wish to draw your attention that the refrigerator that i had bought from you has consistently been problematic namely, the door does not shut properly, it gives out lot of noise, and very frequently the set temperature is not maintained that caused spoilage of food that we had to discard. You technicians visited a few times and said that this is normal. But, how can these problems be a normal thing. I don’t want to get it repaired every now and then and request you to kindly take a quick action and get it replaced asap. I am not satisfied with the faulty performance of this refrigerator. I have attached the receipt/ invoice for your ready reference.

                        Hi,

                        I had a problem with my refrigerator. That machine was making loud sound and had difficulty in cooling. I have a maintenance agreement for two years. So i booked a call in godrej's toll free number. The booking number is - k[protected]

                        One technician had come to my place to attend. He looked completely clueless about the problem (I guess he is a novice, seeing his knowledge on product), and was trying to convince us as if no problem exist at all. Other than investigating the actual problem in circuit/or machine he started investigating the fan. Even after his resolution provided, the refrigerator was taking more than 45 minutes to decrease the temperature by 1 degree. Need to mention, fridge was running on max cooling power then. After 1.5 hours of conversation he finally agreed that, fridge has some problem, and he will not be able to fix that, hence need to take help of his senior and assured he will be back with his senior within next 24 hours. But even after 7 days, no body has visited us. Rather we are getting regular call from service center to share the secret code so that they can close the ticket. Even after repeatedly telling them about the problem is not fixed, they keep on misbehaving with us.

                        Looking at today's dependency of a family on refrigerator, here i request to solve the problem immediately, or compensate me for the inconvenience and harassment caused so far.

                          Inspite of many requests and registration for Godrej split AC servicing which is under AMC for 3years. Techincian are not coming even after I receive sms and otp no. I have registered on 7 of April and till now none of the techincian came. Godrej service is not up to the standard. All techincian who totally useless and manner less. Please see to ur techincian team and take some serious action. Godrej products are ultimate and worth for money but service part is total hopeless and unworthy of AMC. Since one year of purchase we have not received any service. I sincerely request Godrej and concerned person to take some strong and strict action on this part. The same situation is withy friend also in our apartment.

                            I purchased godrej ac from patiala on 1 april 2017, didn't receice reminder for free service of ac within. Time, i m receiving the call from service person himself that he is coming to my door for service of ac, as i waited for him about 3 hours, called him back, den he totally refused to do so, n said ur one year period has been completed five days back, so
                            We can't come, on contacting d local technician of godrej on [protected], refused to provide d same, also called godrej customer care, but completely helpless, is there no duty of the company to remind for the free service within time, kindly provide d free service, if company can remind us of the upcoming installments of the products, can't dey remind us of the services which are to be done from their part??... This is my right to get the free service, nd i will not leave this issue untill the company satisfies me, copy of bill is attached...

                              1 year back i bought godreg split ac with 3 free services in 1 year. After 3months i got a reminder notification to book the service and i did it, technician came and cleaned the a. C. Next time also i got the notification and again i did it, everything fine up to 2 sevices. But for 3rd service i did not get the notification to book the sevice. 1year completed then one of their agent called us to ask 1year subscription as their a. C. Service warranty expires. I asked them to complete the 3rd free service first but they didn't do and said warranty expires.. Summer came and when i on the a. C. The cooling is not coming.. Raised the complaint technician came and said that condensor is damaged. But we did not used the a. C. But how this was damaged, when i ask him he said that sometimes 1% this could be damaged for someone.. I thought quality is bad or it has some defect. For this they are charging around 6000rs because of expired warranted in just 1week.
                              Can't we treat it as a poor quality. Could you assist me. Thanks in advance

                              One main major problem is when i bought this a.c the seller said that this is the 2017 new model came i.e eon with 100% copper and 5years warranty on compressor. I believed the seller and bought this a.c. even I went to buy Lloyd a.c. but now the technician is telling that this is aluminium and not the copper so we can't repair the condensor and we need to replace the same. If it is copper, then they can repair the same. So I thought I received the wrong product or they cheated me. I asked the seller but they are not responding to me properly. Can you assist me how can I proceed.

                                I exchanged my old godrej refrigerator with a new godrej refrigerator in the exchange offer of the company on 18/2/18. The amc (Application no.:[protected] of the old refrigerator was till 2020, hence the balance amount's cheque of rs. 3080 had to be given to me. The salesman arun bhatia (Sales exec code: 900174, ph. No.: [protected]) has since been making excuses regarding the refund. I had conversations with him post that enquiring about the same, and he has responded by making various stupid excuses. I am hereby attaching the copy of the amc with this complaint. Speedy redressal will be appreciated, otherwise i will be compelled to escalate the matter. Kindly look into the matter and process my refund quickly. Thanks

                                  I am writing this mail to informed you that i made a mistake by buying Godrej Refrigerator with at most concern about my Refrigerator and fed up with service center.which was I bought in June 2013 from Vijay Sales, Mira Raod, Thane 401107.

                                  from Last month i am continuously following up with customer care about my refrigerator which was NOT WORKING.
                                  I Have raised complaints and three different So called Technicians has visited but no positive reply.

                                  Godrej Smartcare - Vasai Center was send sms dtated. 22/03/2018.informed abut their Technicians Mr. Altaf Ansari Will visit and check .

                                  As, I was aware that this refrigerator is not in Warranty, But My compressor is in Warranty period and I ready to pay Rs. 350 Charges which is for technicians visit. The Technician was came to my house dated 23/03/2018 and check my refrigerator and informed that their is an problem in Compressor and need to change with Cost of GAS and other part to be replaced and Took Rs. 900 and said some other technician will come and change the compressor as my wife is in home so she paid Rs. 900/- Next day other technician was came and informed that Total Cost to get refrigerator in working condition is RS. 3100/- which initially i denied naturally I thought its too much but when he explain that Compressor is free but GAS filling required Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1200 fro Shield coil and other charges. Total Rs. 3200/-
                                  and informed Rs. 900/- will be return to me by Altaf Ansari only he is now not contactable.

                                  I was not agreed to this and informed him that give me the compressor which was he carried to replace he denied and said better you have word with first Technician Mr. Altaf He will come tomorrow and replace the things which needed we said ok when contacted to this Technician he said he will be coming on 26/03/2018 for the same i taken off from my office but he didn't turn-up and his phone was switched off.

                                  your technicians are incompetent and money making masters. I am being hurled by them since last 20 days.

                                  when again i was contacted to him he said that my Compressor is not in warranty and you need to pay Extra amount of Rs. 5500/- Its Shocking to hear from him as every time they are changing the cost as an Engineer they have checked the Refrigerator and find out that its is not working so they also Checked my Invoice and informed it i sin Warranty but now refusing to replace as it get damage from my side and for that there is no warranty apply.

                                  at the same time i contacted Godrej Smartcare - Vasai Center No. [protected] after alll information She was raised her voice and very unprofessionally said that MY Refrigerator Compressor is not going to replace need to pay extra amount as Rs. 5500/- i also informed her that Engineer or Technician has come to replace they found out that it is in warranty and ready to installed. but she was said our technician has submitted the report stating it was damaged from customer side so warranty conditions dose not applied to replace the same.

                                  I have received sms stating my complaints is closed ???? how come without solutions

                                  1. My simple question is why they not informed me in first visit?
                                  2. After Taking extra amount of Money Rs. 900/- and ready to replace in first visit itself why are now saying that it is not get replace under warranty?
                                  3. Second time Technicians came with GAS filling Coil and New Compressor as he agreed that my Compressor is in Warranty .

                                  Yesterday, again i have lodge the complaints but til not no feedback.

                                  And Please give some training to your Refrigerator Godrej Smartcare - Vasai Center No. [protected] lady to how to talk with Customer her behavior on call was pathetic and very much Unprofessional one.

                                  If Possible please don't send Technician from Godrej Smartcare - Vasai Center No. [protected]

                                  please provide the solution on above at the earliest.

                                  I have received call from Sohail Khan for my below complaint but it was end up without any solutions.
                                  As per conversation with Sohail Khan he points out that my cooling coil was damaged due to this it can’t be get replaced in warranty as per police.

                                  I mentioned that my refrigerator was working Condition and due frequently Relayed problem I approach to customer care.

                                  When both different technicians visit to find out the problem they were agreed to it and ready to provide the Compressor but I am not ready to pay extra amount which was they are demanding they are asking for Ra.3100 for the replacement of compressor in to warranty.
                                  That day I was not in home my wife is there so I said I will not able to give you the amount he was get angry stating why are you wasting our time I will send first technician and he will do the needful next day but the same was not happened.
                                  In other way he has given wrong information to the service company that my cooling coil was damaged and it not possible in to warranty and service Center informed accordingly that it will cost me Rs.5500 which is not acceptable.
                                  Due technician wrong information and his personal incapability he was given wrong information or may be his personal expectations in terms of money could be a reasons.

                                  Mr Sohail Khan is trying to resolve the problem but asking me to pay Rs. 4800/-

                                  My refrigerator is not in warranty but my Compressor has the warranty so please replace the same.

                                  Kindly look in to the matter and resolve.

                                      I purchased the Godrej EDGE DIGI Refrigerator on Dec’15 considered model /service will be good for long run but unfortunately issues started within same year, freezer surrounding with ice even after pressing Frost free mode .

                                      Then I made a complaint, service engineer said this known issue for this model and they changed the board, but now again I’m facing similar issue and registered the complaint (C[protected]), now service Engg said again board needs to be changed along with gas needs to be filled, estimated cost around 5k and asked me to go with AMC for three years which cost me around 3k.

                                      My question is why we are getting frequent issue in this model with very poor service, product is considered waste if not sustain at least for 2 years, If this is known issue means what action company going to consider for existing users ...

                                      I’m planning to file a compliment with consumer court, If no action is taken for this case .Sorry to say I’m really loosing my trust with this brand and not going to recommend this for my near and dear

                                      I request Godrej need to take a required action to fix this issue ASAP...
