[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — Poor service

Hello,
This mail is regarding my washing machine godrej eon 6.5 kg fully automatic purchased on July 2016 only 4 months back in girias showroom mangalore but from past few days I noticed imbalance in the washing machine tub in spin mode and immediately called your customer care on 1/11/2016 and explained about the same and they had taken a complaint regarding the same and after 2 days next days a technician and had visited my residence when inspected he told that some liquid has leaked from the spin tub and needs to be replaced and informed that the part will be replaced in 2 days and left my premises on 3/11/2016 but today is the 4th day and till now there is no communication from your end...By this act of yours I am facing lot of problems since me and my family members are totally dependent on the machine and we are unable to wash clothes..Now I am repenting why I have purchased godrej product with such a low quality parts what you are using in it..prior to this I had a lg fully automatic washing machine I had never had a single problem for 6 years..my point is its just 4 months old and it has a problem and now I am worried...I request you to please check into my query and require a immediate solution for this..

This below visible mail which I had sent to godrej prior to this mail for which the concerned technician had visited my premises on 10/11/2016 and had replaced a part called the balancing ring on my machine and told that the problem was rectified and he never bothered even to check whether it was perfect or not and after the repair when I called the technician he told it was fine but the very next day when I started using my machine again it was the same problem where the machine started vibration abnormally in spin mode immediately I stopped the machine and when I peeped inside the machine near the side walls from inside I found the 4 balancing rods which was present inside the machine in which 1 rod was in a rusted state..so this clearly indicates that this machine was an old stock which was delivered to me by Girias Mangalore and I don't think any machine would get rusted in just 4 months of my purchase...So by this I clearly want a permanent solution from your end either replacement or refund or else a permanent solution failing to which I would be forced to approach consumer forum without any further intimation and any further consequences and expenses occurred in future Godrej and Girias investments pvt Ltd will be purely responsible..

Hello,
This mail is regarding the above subject yesterday I technician had visited my residence and after sometime told that the machine is working and left my place.evening when I came home and checked the machine its not getting on itself its dead..what kind of 3rd class service team you have..Hope now its time to move to consumer forum

Hello this is Binod kumar singh, i puchased a godrej semi automatic washing machine from Next showroom devli road. The model of machine is ws800 and the price i paid was 13500 from my credit card.which shows the machine has following qualities 1. 8 kg capacity
2. Soft close wash tub lid
3. Powerful 570w wash motor
4. Stainless steel tubs.

On its packing whereas the machine delivered to me was with fiber tubs and the body was crack from down. For that i went to the dealer as i wanted it to be replaced. BUT the dealer replacing it directly launched my complaint and in 2 days i got a call from the customer care of godrej an engineer came and said that it has to be replaced by the dealer you brought.
On 28th it was purchased but its 14th today and by doing continous follow ups im getting the macine but ill have to pay 1100 more for the same and y do i need to pay cartage for rhe same again. This is a complete harrasment and godrej is writting false thing in packing and not delivering the gd as written in packing. Its fraud. Ive been cheated and moreover the showroom peopl are complete foolish who do not even understand the problem moreover harrases the cstomers. Laxk of coordination. Please tell me what should i do? both godrej nd next has wasted my diwali festival ive been mentally harrased and wasted my 17 days. I want an strict action to be taken..

Ive attached the pictures herewith of the machine pls take suitable action.
