Godrej Appliances — Refund Request

I booked a 240 ltr refrigerator from Godrej Appliances on 11th October, 2020 by making full payment. The same was suppose to deliver on 13th October but i understand from them the design which I selected is not available any more. So i want to cancel by purchase and need the full refund of my money. But i am not getting proper response from Godrej company regarding the refund.
