[Resolved] Godrej Garden City — no proper service and just charging interest - no intent to help customers | |||||
I am unable to understand why are you people charging me interest when the delay in the process is from your end. Please check my all communications sent to you. Kindly note below points where you people have to understand the delay is due to the system followed by godrej: 1. Your manager meghal bhargava who is the most irresponsible sales person ever. He doesnt respond to my calls. He has neither updated me about the payment to be made. I came to know about the same in august that the due date is 12 aug 2017. How can someone arrange for a loan in 10 days. 2. There is no single point of contact from your office, you think its easy to deal with rs. 17.7 lakh payment speaking in customer care. We need some assistance for collecting documents and other things. 3. My loan is cleared and i have sent the sanction letter 10-15 days back, which shows my intention to pay the amount. Your team member ms. Archana naidu sent the noc in name of icici bank where as i had mentioned the name of india bulls home finance lts. Just being inhuman and charging interest for no reason will not work. I might have to go legal or complain in consumer court for this. Its very sad to see a company like godrej treating its loyal customers like this. If i dont show intention to pay then its different, you are not encouraging someone to book another property ever with godrej. I had taken this decision for investment and i live in mumbai. Its not easy for me to travel regularly and communicate with different person everytime in our busy schedule. While doing the booking in 2016 you appoint a sales manager and after the sale is done you treat like this to your customer over customer care where you yourself know that there is a delay. Please check my sanction letter and appoint a better person to help me in communicating the process. We shall be able to finish this in 10 days, but just sending email and courier will not work. At times you need assistance since you are buying something worth 21 lakh and not 200 rs. I hope that you will stop the interest payment and also forego the interest component that is charged due to your delay. I shall mark this mail to senior management of godrej team and consumer complaints and sebi as well to show how you are making more money and harrasing investors.
