Hi, I follow up with sales executives regularly to refund the token amount but its not yet initiated. He is saying that the token amount will be debilitated next month after 15 August. This is really very unprofessional as at the time of token they mentioned that they will initiate processes the same day but its not yet initiated. I am not happy with the service. to get my amount I have to wait for 1 month. this is completely mental harassment that Gofrej executives are doing. These guys have also cheated us. We booked the flat (T1-403) through Sashi in the same project and the flat registration has not been done yet. CRM members- Neha Pawar and Gaurav Joshi are the worst people serving Godrej properties. Management should take action against them as they are spoiling the brand image of Godrej. People are losing their trust in Godrej Properties.
