[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Not received my refund for my token against Godrej Hill Retreat Pune | |||
I have given a token of Rs 50000 against Godrej Hill Retreat, Mahalunge - Pune on 4th July 2021. I was convinced by the sales person during my visit that the refund would be processed 15 days after I send a cancellation note. I cancelled my token the very next day on 5th July 2021 over email and phone after our family discussion. I was again asked to send a formal cancellation email on 15th July 2021 However, I haven’t received the refund yet. Nor I have received any communication that the refund has been processed and will be sent to me by a certain date. I didn’t know if the refund would come to my HDFC credit card through which I did the payment or to ICICI bank for which I have provided a cancel cheque I am not getting a clear message from godrej properties on the refund. Kindly assist me the process so that the refund can reach me as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

I had applied for a plot in Godrej Retreat project at Faridabad and as per requirement, an amount of R.s.5.00 Lacs was deposited vide cheque #138 dated 14.11.2021. As per the agreed terms, if we don't get any allotment during the draw, our money will be refunded max within 30 days. However, inspite of filing the online refund request and thereafter following up a number of times, we are yet to get our refund. Need urgent action on your part as the matter has already substantially delayed.
