I am trying to rechedule a flight - it is a medical emergency - However the customer support experience is a nightmare. In the email below - I am asked to call a number - when I call the number - I am asked to wrtie to GOIBIBO. When I go the site - there is no email where I can write to !!
I mean - do you guys want to torture customers!! Can someone from GOIBIBO please give me a way out - I need to get my team member back - as early as possible.
