I booked Flight+hotel package for Hyderabad Booking ID F6EW19MUE dated March 4, 2015, 3:11 p.m. I was to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore by Jet Aiwyas under PNR: TVGDRO and Ticket was not alloted by you and neither it was generated till the flight left I do not know whereabout of the ticket and your Site says its processing till the last minute.Jet Airways refused me to board the flight . I bought new ticket by paying Cash at the airport and travelled by Indigo Flight No : .6E357 My Email address is [protected]@gmail.com and it is the same email address I am communicating . Please refund the ticket fare of Rs. 5070 /- and pl find attched the scanned copy of Flight Ticket, Boarding Pass & ATM Cash transaction copy . Please arrange to process the refund immediately for above because the return ticket was not alloted by you as per package deal.
