I talked on this refund issue with their customer care executives in n number of times and every time they said 5 to 7 working days. Two days before i submitted request in website and today i got mail and in that also saying same thing 5 to 7 days. Its not all fare at all. Kindly take proper action on this please as soon as possible. I talked on this matter with respective airlines(spice jet), they said that they already processed from their side but why goibibo.com not processing i am not at all understanding at all.
