Goibibo — For Payment Refund

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Hotels & Resorts

The issue that I have experienced was:
I was trying to book a hotel room in Chandigarh, So I was searching Go ibibo platform for booking. Somehow I found the hotel on Go ibibo and booked a room in a hotel and within seconds my payment has been deducted but I did not get any confirmation or notification from Go Ibibo for any booking after then I called at that hotel but there was no booking. So it was worse at that time Go Ibibo deducted and no refund or any confirmation. Then kept trying on Go ibibo customer cares numbers, tried to contact on Go ibibo social media agents, but every time they use the same wording or no refund yet. Go ibibo looted like me many others. Even after the given period, I did not get any refund. Please try to help me with this so I can get my money back.

It occurred on: 30/12/2021

I just want my money back and I will never use Go ibibo or will not say to others to use GO Ibibo. Go ibibo is fraud company.
