Goibibo — No registered email id to raise complaint

There is no email id provided to contact customer service or even to raise any complaint.
Any mail sent to goibibo comes back as no reply email id and we are forced to check online 24/7 online chat forum where there is no correct reply received for any query as it is automated question answer with few pre defined questions.

there is no way to escalate any complaint or send any mail which can be used to track the delay.
