I am writing to request your assistance to void a ticket I mistakenly booked for October instead of September. I called several times for a void. GOFLISTAGNO59146722/ PNR:FI38LA,

Every colleague used/said a different type of logic.
1. The ticket is a special fare, so void/cancellation is not possible.
2. Void time is over from Malaysia time/ Date changed
3. Malaysia Airlines denied for void.

On the ticket was printed the economy and normal fare.

On the Malaysia Airways site mentioned. "Malaysia Airlines' cancellation policy generally includes a 24-hour risk-free cancellation period for flights booked at least seven days in advance, with fees and refund eligibility depending on the fare type. After the 24-hour window, cancellation fees apply, and refunds may be issued in the form of credit or cash depending on whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable"

The ticket is not voided yet.
