I booked an international flight with goibibo and the schedule of the flight was changed by airline. I received an email that I can apply for refund. I did not like the new schedule and called the customer care to confirm if I will get full refund after the cancellation. The rep checked with airline and confirmed that I will get full refund after the cancellation. I went ahead and cancelled the flight and rebooked on another flight. After few days, goibibo deducted Rs 9000 as cancellation charges from the refund. I have been chasing these guys since last one month but no one has given me any resolution till date. They also raised a call trace and informed me that it resulted in error and they will do it again. Every time I call them, I need to explain everything again and the rep says I will get a call back in 24 hours but till date no one has given me a callback. Goibibo is running it’s customer care just to mentally harass the customers.
