[Resolved] Goibibo — Refund not received from GoIbibo

I have been following up with GoIbibo since last around 1 year for my refund of 67000 INR of the Air ticket which was scheduled to travel on March'20 and got cancelled due to Covid-19. Even after Airlines asking for the RRA (refund reference no) from GoIbibo (attaching the evidence from Malaysia Airlines), they are not sharing the same and forcing me to re-schedule my travel. As this is an international travel ticket, so I can't travel because neither I have VISA or any requirement now. I have sent so many reminders through my registered email but they are replying with same kind of template. Kindly help me to resolve the issue and get my refund back. Thank you. Feb 07, 2021 Updated by manoranjan1982 I haven’t received any update regarding the RRA despite several followup. Need the RRA at the earliest. Mar 31, 2021 Updated by manoranjan1982 GoIbibo is giving a time frame of 60-90 days each time in every email of different reference no as part of their resolution. I have been waiting for my refund since more than a year now and still they are playing with my money. I am really tired and fed-up following up with them, so kindly help me to get my refund back.
