[Resolved] Goibibo — Refund not received from GoIbibo | |
I have been following up with GoIbibo since last around 1 year for my refund of 67000 INR of the Air ticket which was scheduled to travel on March'20 and got cancelled due to Covid-19. Even after Airlines asking for the RRA (refund reference no) from GoIbibo (attaching the evidence from Malaysia Airlines), they are not sharing the same and forcing me to re-schedule my travel. As this is an international travel ticket, so I can't travel because neither I have VISA or any requirement now. I have sent so many reminders through my registered email but they are replying with same kind of template. Kindly help me to resolve the issue and get my refund back. Thank you.
