Had canceled booking id: tua6jhvmo; airline (Qatar airways) ticket from bangalore to berlin booked with goibibo, after receiving a telephone confirmation, followed by email, that i will receive the refund in full. (Pfa, the statement from goibibo in screenshot attached) also, the time frame for refund process was stated as - maximum 14 days.
The date of cancelation was 13/03/20.
Today is the 15th of may, and i am awaiting my refund till date.
For a very long time - goibio played the responsibility shifting game - stating that they would process refund soon as airline refunds from it's end. I therefore started following up with qatar airways to expedite refund process at their end. Finally of 4th may, qatar airways confirmed in their tweet to me - that they have done their part. (Pfa, screenshot of the same).. Since then i have been receiving no response whatsoever from goibibo about the status of my refund* this is really uncalled for. As none of their own admissions and written emails have any credibility! Was this information helpful? |
