Golden Forests India Ltd — error while claiming amount through karvy portal — name/amount/receipt number mismatch

As per supreme court order i want to claim my amount on below link

I have filled all the required details as per my receipt, but still the portal is showing error as
'name/amount/receipt number mismatch - please check and enter correctly.'

Please check and let me know what can be done to resolve this. Attaching snapshot for reference.
