I have invested rs. 1000 with the name of Mr. Harishayam singh and Mrs. Shail Bala Singh wide LS/ 96/38989 on dated 20/02/1966 for which maturity date is 21/01/2017 for which the cheque was No.0228133 through account No. 17022 .
This cheque submitted to Sate bank of India, Veterinary College Branch Civil Lines, Jabalpur . This cheque return to me wide No. 103882/041005/2900 dated 17/ Jan/ 2017 with the remark .
54- Title of account wrong / incomplete
