On 28/10/18, i, mr vishesh jhalani entered all relevant details like account no. 01/9/lsd117914, receipt no. Ls/96/46835, amt of deposit-10000/- or 20000/-, email add — [protected]@rediffmail.com and mob-[protected]. I am depositor. On submitting the details, the pop-up message says the account is invalid. I have tried all combinations for entering the acct no.. But the message says 'account is invalid'. I can't proceed to next step. On 29/10, i have been trying to contact on phone, but the tollfree no-[protected] is saying number is busy' since 1015h today. Second mobile contact no.-[protected] is also coming busy since 1018h today and is now switched off.[protected] is ' not working'. My email to karvy has also not been acknowledged. How do i submit my claim form? Last date for online submission is 31/10/2018. Please advise me or resolve the issue in online submission. Was this information helpful? | |||||
