I had made a bill payment for uttar pradesh power corp ltd (Uppcl-urban) bill of amount rs.6964 on 22-dec-2018 using google pay upi id [protected]@okicici linked to my yes bank account. While the amount was deducted from my account, i received the transaction failure message. Till date the amount hasn't been refunded back to my bank account. After complaining to google pay thrice there is no resolution provided.
