Goomo — flight ticket booking company

I had booked a ticket from chandigarh to goa air india for[protected]. By a mistake a small correction was requiredto br made and the same was to be made by goomo. I had been trying to contact goomo for 4 days and no one picks up phone. I submitted my request th e mail on 24-10-17 but till now i. E.[protected].50 p. M no reply ids there. A face and wrong call was made from goomo on 25-10-17 at11.03 hrs from their land line number i. E.[protected]
That the needful has been done and i can check my e mail to my utter surprise there was no e mail and nor there was any action on the request. Even till now what to talk about the action on the request but even the the reply has not been made by goomo. I have ever experienced the worst experience. I recommend that no one should ever have any business through goomo as the company is just a fictitious, fraud, gives fals and malicious information, never picks up phone for upto hours or even never. The company has no staff to talk. If any othter custome has also been cheated like me by goomo pl write to me or contact me so that we can teach the fraudulent goomo a lesson and get their frauds stiped and get an fir registered against this fictitious company
