DHBVN (F16 / Tilpat) Faridabad — Excessive amount of Bill due to negligence of DHBVN Employees

No one is listening me guide me what I need to do?
My electricity a/c no is -TD12-2751 / KNO-[protected] Circle F16/Tilpat Faridabad division and address is H.No. 44 Street No. Sanjay Colony Surya Vihar 3 Faridabad.
Connection is on the name of my Mother Smt. Chanda. I was paying our electricity bills regularly using online payment system because DHBVN officer didn't send copy of bills so I checked my bills online and paid using online mode. But suddenly I was surprised by saw bill of Rs. 58853.00 with 6668 meter reading after that I was trying to contact DHBVN officer so many time but they saying you have to pay that bill amount I was trying to described my problem but no one is ready to listen me and they are kept saying pay your bill other wise we will disconnect your connection and collect electricity meter. My problem is only that I was not running any factory I have small family and we have couple of fans, one refrigerator, tv and
utilities of daily use and we are five members , But my meter is running too fast and cross 700 t0 800 per month I raised a complaint for same but no avail. Last time when I tried to contact DHBVN officer they said its your responsibility to provide reading to our office we don't have much employee strength I asked him we are paying our bills included service or etc charges why. DHBVN office address is sec 34 faridabad haryana 121001. Please do need full I am just tired by trying to ask for help in DHBVN office.

I just want to know why we are paying income tax, service tax etc tax only for that we need to their work too. I have lot to say about DHBVN officers but can't write everything on a post.

DHBVN, FARIDABAD — Excess meter reading

Iam a resident of Rama Krishna Appts. sec. 46 Faridabad. After my personal persuations Icould not receive my corrected Bill.Representation in this regard was made on27.11.2008 which was handed over at NIT-4 duly marked in the name of Sh. Satish JE by the Asstt. Engr/SDO. The bill was raised amounting to Rs.40, 037 without any reading.Even after lapse of about Two months Iam in position to have any solution to my problem. it is not understood on what basis these inflated bills are raised? I HAVE SEEN MANY RESIDENTS IN SUB. DIV. OFFICE HAVING SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINTS.Is there no solution this problem? I may kindly be intimated when my complaint will be redressed? So, that I can make my outstanding payment In favour of DHVBN.

Personal — Bill payment negligence

ICICI bank makes payment to BSNL and Torrent power ltd. on my behalf regularly and I square up the amount with the bills forwarded by you. However, you have not paid to BSNL for the period 1/2/09 to 28/02/09 on my telephone no.[protected]. I have already forwarded the cheque no.866981 dt. 26/3/2009 from Axis Bank to your bank and the amount is debited from my account. Pl. refer to BSNL bill no.T[protected] dt.06 /03/2009 for Rs. 513/- only. As this bill was not made through by your bank, my tel. line was disconnected, I had to rush to pay Rs. 533/ as against Rs. 513/-. You have charged me Rs.561/- ??? This means, I have made payment twice and additional amount also.
You are requested to correct the expenses in your next bill and before that, kindly give me a convincing reply.
If you have no answer to the above, kindly cancel my credit card immediately under an intimation to me.

Nill — negligence

On 26/10/2010, Tuesday approx. at 3:30 PM my mother and father were visited Dmart mall at Shivalik Corporate Park, Ahmedabad. Because of a careless & irresponsible person of Dmart staff, my mother (Age 60 years) was fallen down on her face and get fractures in both the nasal bones. In the passage beside the racks, a packaging nylon cord which was having loop, was thrown by the staff person. The passage for walking of customer should be clear. Normally in the passage any customer walks away with there attention in the items kept in the rack. It is a clear case of negligence that in the same passage, the staff person had thrown a packaging nylon cord which was having loop. The other end of the nylon cord was stuck up under the foot of the same staff person.
After falling down, there was lots of bleeding from my mother’s nose. Even after consulting a doctor the bleeding was not stopping and as per doctor’s advice we had to take X-Rays in emergency. And as per X-Rays reports found that
1) Fractures in both the nasal bones
2) Haziness seen in frontal & maxillary sinus on both the sides
3) S/O Bilateral Maxillary & frontal sinusitis.
Immediate only on next day on 27/10/2010, Wednesday at 12:00 PM we had to admit her in hospital and operation was carried out from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. After operation her total nose had been closed by dressing and for three days she had to breath by her mouth. As per doctor’s opinion, recovery will take approx. 15 days and a cut mark on the nose will remain for lifetime. A minor negligence and careless behavior can harm and injure any innocent person. Apart of that I have to bare huge financial burden also.
I am a resident of om enclave part- 1, Gali no. 3, faridabad, dhbvn there is a problem of huge power cut during these days from last 2 weeks but there is no hearing after so many complaints. There are 3 phases of electricity but electricity is in one only. I don't where i will get my solution of this power cut. Govt. is making smart cities in which they commit to provide 24 hours electricity without power cut but this seems not possible in this area. People are very fed up with this facility. Please someone suggest me from which way we can forward our problem to the concern authority who will able to solve our problem of huge power cut.
