I and my family members (total 2) enrolled for aadhar card on 30/12/ 2012, in Narela Delhi - 110040 by Tera Software Ltd. But till now we didn't receive our Cards.

Enrollment of 2011 failed? why ?you didnt feel like informing and expect senior citizen in 70s to start whole thing again.Despite being a paraletic patient stood in queue for 2 days for hours, do you have any explanation for this? and then do we really need aadhar card if this is the condition? Do respond.
(the complain section asks for 200 words and they aren, t even accepting 57 words, so had to shift to this site(comment)
