Gowarranty — Complaining regarding extended warranty service of GoWarranty

Hello,

I brought 3yrs extended warranty for MI Television from Gowarranty on below date:

Plan Details : Sale Order for Device Care/Protection Plans
Purchased On : 10-Oct-2022
Amount: ₹ 2, 674.00

I started facing Issue with television from Sept 2025 then I raised this issue with them on 17th Sept. Below are the details for that Issue:

Policy Number : PN_E4AFF401EF25
Product : Television
Service Request Number : SR002864
Issue: Display issue
SR Status: Technician visit pending

Since then, they have not provided any technical support till date (2 months passed) and giving me fake promises.
Also, I have asked them to refund the money if they can't provide the service. Then firstly, they have agreed to refund and after couple of days they're denying refunding the money as well.

All these are mail communications, which I am sharing as evidence.

I have everything in email chain.
Please look into this matter and help to get the television repaired as early as possible or get me refund.
