I paid ₹5, 215.00 for the Extended Warranty of GoWarranty for my brand new LG Air Conditioner for 2 years. I uploaded all the proofs asked by the company which included photos of Indoor and Outdoor Units of the AC. Meanwhile In the past 2 years of purchasing their warranty their sales team have called me numerous times to purchase more warranty for other products. So on April 13th, 2024, I created a ticket for Reimbursement of my AC General Service and submitted the invoice and Bank Details as told by their Customer Service Team. At first they were sending me emails and calling me regarding the status and the last call I received was that I'll be getting the amount in my Bank Account in few days. But then later they stopped calling or replying to my emails. It has been more than 2 months now and I still have not received the reimbursement amount. I am fed up of their tactics now and after researching about their company online I came to know that they are doing the same thing with other people. I have added email screenshots for reference.
