It has been more than 2.5 months, and my TV is still lying unrepaired at my home. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever faced.
[GoWarranty](https://gowarranty.in?utm_source=chatgpt.com) has completely blocked my number and even blocked my family members’ numbers. When I posted genuine reviews on Facebook and Instagram, they deleted my comments and blocked me there as well.
Please do not make the mistake of taking service from this company. They only sell warranty plans but provide no actual service after payment.
The address they show online as their company office in Mumbai appears to be a residential address, not a proper company office. Fake images are uploaded online just to create a false company image.
I sent multiple emails to the company chairperson Sameer Shaikh, but never received any response. Everyone seems involved together in avoiding customers.
Most 5-star reviews look fake and paid. If you check reviews on Google, Facebook, and MouthShut, many customers are complaining about the same people and the same behavior.
Customer care executive Anchal only gives false promises, disconnects calls, and never resolves issues. Area Manager Dinesh never answers calls properly, keeps cutting calls, and behaves unprofessionally.
One customer even told me that after buying a mobile warranty plan, he was given the address of a roadside local repair shop. When he visited, the shop owner clearly said he had no connection with GoWarranty and demanded money separately for repair.
I have all call recordings, emails, chats, and evidence saved. I am now proceeding legally through Consumer Court for mental harassment, time loss, poor service, and compensation with interest.
People should be very careful before trusting this company.
