Gowarranty — Refused Service Citing Serial No Mismatch and T&A loopholes

I purchased 3 years extended warranty from GOWARRANTY in 2021 for my Onida Fire TV policy GW_F52A7022A04B, I had activated my plan on their website successfully. In 2nd year the product was facing display issues and so I raised a Service Claim. But Gowarranty is refusing to provide their services (for which I paid) stating that during activation the photo uploaded of TV does not show SR.#. of product.
They said me that we tried to call you reach but your call was not answered !! to inform that we require Sr. #. of Product on TV screen.
This is one heck of a business model to swindle the hard-earned money of customers!!They are good to you in starting and will guide you how to upload and activate your plan and then ask you to give good reviews,
which you may but after one year you come to know that they will not mention one step on purpose and you will not get any warranty.

There were no instructions in the site during registration that I had to upload the TV picture with Serial No from "About" section so I had attached the TV front picture only to show it is working with proper display. They purposely called me from Bad line only ONCE so that I couldn't understand what they were saying and never called back. I was also not informed of the Plan cancellation and now I lost Rs.2660. Any Genuine company will never do these kind of activities. Their Business model is to cheat Customers first and reject services citing T&A loopholes. We are hailing from middle class and had considered Gowarranty with a lot of trust but have been cheated mercilessly. Even after contacting Sameer Shaikh, CEO there was no assistance. PLEASE TAKE ACTION Against these fraudsters as they have already cheated multiple customers(See Amazon 1* reviews) with the above mentioned way.

Please be informed that your television service request was rejected by our compliance team for the following reasons mentioned below.

The serial number is incorrectly mentioned while activating the plan. i.e. you have given your serial number for the Onida television as B08KFY9W5Q wherein the original serial number is G5E1N[protected]BL.

At the time of activation, a clear image of the television with the serial number visible is not given to us for authenticating & identifying your product. ( attached image for your reference ) As per the claim policy,

you have to furnish full & complete information about your television which you failed to do so, hence you are not eligible for a claim.

My Question is Why you have allowed customers to activate the policy without checking? why you didn't reach custoe after purchanse of the plan? whey are you saying now image is not clear?
