We booked a taxi with them from Jaisalmer to Bikaner for 10am. Less than 30 minutes before pickup, they call and say sorry there's no car available and we're cancelling your booking!!!
No compensation, no care about the extra costs we might incur; activities we might miss, accommodation we might not be able to use, much less any offer to assist with arranging alternative transport - even a bus or train.
Our hotel was able to arrange a car for us that arrived by the original time albeit at a 36% higher cost, so clearly cars were available but GozoCabs did not want to honour the booking at the quoted (and prepaid) price (or were not prepared to reduce their commission such that a driver would take the fare for the remainder).
