Hi Manager, Gozo Cabs
As referred to my several previous mails to Gozo Cabs customercare team, I've the honour to state that
As per Customercare executive, our travel booking item was for 120KM and 12 Hours. But the Cab driver travelled only 27Km and 3 hours! I've paid total Rs[protected]+701) to Gozocabs team for only 3 hours journey in place of 12 hours. The driver had travelled 27KM only. But, he claimed 72KM distance which is 100% incorrect. He had made lot of mental agony for me during the 2 hour with
brooding and unwanted conversation. Then, I've booked another car to complete my journey. So, please charge Rs (3*2387/12)= Rs597 for 3 hours journey in place of 12 hours. The see the calculation formulae carefully.
The refund amount is Rs[protected]=Rs1398. So, please refund Rs1398 to my GPay account soon.
If you do not resolve the issue amicably, then I'll raise the issue in another forum..

    Review of the driver called Ravi Kumar ( Real name is Kapil Gautam)
    1. waiting charge - He reached my location 2 hours earlier than the decided time and told me very blatantly that he will charge me for waiting ( on a round trip which according to Gozo was not applicable).
    2. False charges on mileage - He reset the total mileage to 0000 at the start and at the end of the trip falsely tried to claim for 36kms extra. He used to reset the total mileage to 0000 every day. Fortunately we had noted down total mileage at 92086 before the car started which was 93036 at the end of the trip. Meaning we travelled 950kms only, less than the provided 1000 kms on gozo.
    3. Driver allowance - He told us driver allowance is for him to drive the cab. He racked up a bill of 400 on dinner and 120 on breakfast at the hotel without our permission and hotel billed us on that.
    4. Night charges after 8pm - He tried to charge us 250 everyday on driving after 8pm claiming it to be night charges.
    5. Speeding & racing - Throughout the trip 60% of the time he drove above 100km/hr and also raced cars on trip back from Dasna to Delhi.
    6. Hit & Run - Before entering Rudrapur ( in Uttarakhand) he was driving very fast and hit a bike with a man & lady on it and ran. The man had a helmet & got up but the lady fell on her left side hitting her head & face on the road. We didnt see her getting up.
    7. Brought a broken car and he tried to charge us 1500 for that. Fortunately we had noticed the damage when we began the trip and knew we didnt break it. Throughout the trip we had pointed it out to him but he ignored us at the time.
    8. End of trip - He refused to drop us to our location & illegally with held our bags till we paid him for all the false items mentioned above.
    I had to call the police, only then he agreed to drop us and return our bags.
    9. Throughout the trip he was extremely intrusive to our private conversations & had unwelcome cheeky response to them.
    10. He's a complete cheat & a liar & was appointed without proper vetting by Gozo. This trip really put me off & I wont be travelling by Gozo anymore.

      The driver showed up late and charged us a large amount extra for tolls, taxes and parking without the receipts he's supposed to provide, shouted into his phone for the entire hour+ long trip back (we booked a round trip to some out of town sights) and then insisted on a tip as well!

        We booked a taxi with them from Jaisalmer to Bikaner for 10am. Less than 30 minutes before pickup, they call and say sorry there's no car available and we're cancelling your booking!!!

        No compensation, no care about the extra costs we might incur; activities we might miss, accommodation we might not be able to use, much less any offer to assist with arranging alternative transport - even a bus or train.

        Our hotel was able to arrange a car for us that arrived by the original time albeit at a 36% higher cost, so clearly cars were available but GozoCabs did not want to honour the booking at the quoted (and prepaid) price (or were not prepared to reduce their commission such that a driver would take the fare for the remainder).

          I have booked a cab with gozo booking ID : OW[protected]. It was terrible experience.

          I and my friend had to travel Chandigarh to Kalka on 16th December 2023 early morning 4:30. We booked a gozo cab on 15th. On 16th December early morning the cab not arrived. We called the driver so many times but he did not pickup our phone.

          We were 2 single females travelling. And we waited for 1 hour. The driver did not come. And there was no answer from company side. Gozocabs who have employed such irresponsible and careless persons.

          Our trip was already over because of gozo cabs. Later I call to the customer care several times but didn’t get proper answer and started talking bad behaviour. Later we got a mail that we had cancelled the booking even though we had not cancelled booking but the driver did not even come. They didn’t even refund.

          So please please please beware gozocabs. They are cheaters fraud people. Do not use it, even it is free. Extremely pathetic gozo cabs.

            I paid advance for a cab from Mumbai To Nashik.
            Car stopped working in 10 minutes after the start of journey.
            He made us push the car for 1km but the car didn’t start.
            We tried calling customer care but there was absolutely no solution from their side.
            This went on from 6.45 am to 8.30 am. We booked another cab in the meantime.
            We asked for refund but gozo cab customer care said that we have escalated it, we will let you know.
            We get a call saying your advance paid has been used as a cancellation fee.
            This is just unacceptable.
            How did we cancel the cab when the car itself is not working and we have not been given any solution?
            So unprofessional and the service centre is so stupid.
            We wasted 2 hours in the morning, pushed the car for no good and had to pay a cancellation fee for it.
            Unacceptable, will go to court for this stupid unprofessional behaviour

              My overall trip from Visakhapatnam to Borra to Araku to visakhapatnam was not more than 250 KM but in the car meter reading it was shown 312 Km which was absolutely fabricated.

                The car they provided us was in worst condition. The AC did not work at all, it was working fine initially then it completely shut down.
                The mechanic himself said the car is not in good condition.
                The driver was sweet and we have no issues with the driver, but the owner of the cab is responsible.
                Third, please ask gozo cab drivers to learn a basic language like English or hindi.
                We couldn't communicate with the driver at all. He couldn't even explain the issue to the gozo customer care employee. Please ask them initiate a refund as we've paid for AC.

                  This is regarding booking id OW[protected].

                  While booking the cab, On call I was informed that 7 guests will be allowed in a cab but when cab arrived at pick up location, driver refused to take us.

                  I have already paid advance of Rs. 865.
                  I was also informed by one of the customer representative that call record states that gozo customer care informed me that they will allowed 7 guests and representative has already raised a complaint and I’ll get the refund within 48 hours.

                  Its more than a week but I didn’t get any refund and now customer support are also not picking my call or responding back.

                  Chu£!ya service hai bc saalon ki, end moment me taang denge aur paise bhi zol karenge bc.

                    We all understand the chaos in any startup, but not at the cost of customer service or compliance. GOZO is a money guzzler for any investor as the customer retention would be way lower than its peers.
                    1) There's no sense of time or urgency when committing to a customer for a call back and they just don't bother to honour it.
                    2) There's no internal coordination (or a system) to capture and share the discussions with each other.
                    3) The customer feedback is rigged. I had rated 1/5 for customer service for the reasons mentioned above whereas, the screen shows 4/5 for Customer Support and 8/10 for Driver. In this case Driver was very good and I rated him 10/10.
                    You may get a cab, not a reliable operator to partner with like the others (Ola / Uber / MMT, etc.)

                      I booked a car to travel from Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar and had a worst ever experience with GozoCabs. Initially when I was searching and enquiring about the cars and their availability, they did not mention anything about car not being available. Instead they called me multiple times and tried to put pressure on me to confirm the booking assuring timely and convenient services. They immediately asked me to pay the advance amount in order to confirm the booking during the call itself as if they were only concerned abou their money and not about a customer's convenience. And one night before my trip they suddenly cancelled the trip and stated that the reason behind cancellation is there are no suitable cars available for my trip. How can you cancel at last moment by any means? And then they expected me to change my travel plans according to them which is disgusting. I am really disappointed by their service and would like to add that they arent trustworthy at all.

                        On 05/10/2022, I have booked a Sedan cab from Delhi to patiala. They have sent me the contact number and the driver name. But on actual time of arrival the vehicle is not same (as attached) and the driver is not the same person which was told earlier by the gozocabs.
                        When we started from Delhi to patiala in between upto panipat the vehicle has too many issues like pickup is not upto, cng is leaking etc. When we reach near about panipat at around 11:00am the vehicle is completely breakdown (engine overheated). At that time vehicle have some starting issues, I called the previous person who's number was send by Gozocabs he said please fill the water and wait for 15 minutes. After 1 hour the vehicle was still in same condition. I have complained about the vehicle, they have ensured me to provide another vehicle but after wait of near about 03 hours no vehicle was provided.

                        At last I have booked another vehicle and paid 3 times to reach to my destination.
                        Result is that they have wasted my 03-04 hours waiting and I have to spent 03 time money on this booking.

                          I have 2 time experience of booking the cabs with Gozo.
                          They charged me with amount as per my requirements but don't fullfil on the day of travel.
                          Both the time i asked a car with carrier explicitly and confirmed on phone and whatsapp and still sent car without carriers. ( They charged according to carrier bound )

                          Also in the confirmation - they cleverly dont mention about carrier asked or not - they confirm on phone always.

                          Strict action should be taken against this car rental - playing with the faith of customers and looting them extra without service

                              This is regarding the booking I made with Gozo cabs for a trip that starts at 12 noon today ( July 7, 2022) . Booking id AT[protected]. I booked their Sedan Value plus car as I had international bags to take. These ### have alotted a ### CNG Car . From 7am I am fighting with them, nobody has provided me a resolution yet . Such ### they are, I wasted my money.

                                I recently had this trip from Delhi airport to Allahabad for which there was a mess created by you and your team. I am looking forward to answers and resolution for this asap.

                                1. I booked the cab at 3:00 am and the cab starts at 3:45am as the driver has no clue on where to pick me up. He tells me I am in the wrong place when I am standing on arrivals and he is waiting for me on departures.
                                2. The driver decides to take a detour in the middle of the journey and chooses a longer route due to no CNG pumps available on the original assigned route. On asking the customer care they asked me to drop the cab there which was in the middle of the highway.
                                3. The same customer service agent agreed that on completion of the trip I can discuss this matter with the team by email and then make the rest of the payment.
                                4. I have been pestered by multiple folks late in the night threatening me to make the pending payment even when I asked them to hear me out for the concern and help me find a solution.
                                5. I do not know the names of the folks who spoke to me agreeing to making payment later and then threatening me but their phone numbers are: [protected]/[protected].
                                6. One of the customer agents called and started shouting and using foul language in the call which was highly unacceptable and has grounds for complaint, will get recordings of these calls.
                                6. The cab driver calls me and requests me to make the payment as the gozo team is threatening him too saying "why did you let the customer go away without naming the payment". This is your way of doing business?
                                7. The can driver had to make multiple stops to get CNG filled and was not aware of where the pumps were kept on looking for them adhoc.
                                8. I was acting as the navigator for the driver all the route as he was again not familiar with which way to go, is that part of your contract too with the customer?
                                9. I ended the trip a lot earlier than my dropping location due to the lack of CNG and the need of filling again which was causing me further delay and missing my meeting.
                                11. I am awaiting a response on this and want to talk to the company owner.CEO on this regard to understand this fraudulent business before I report this to the right authorities.
                                12. I have screenshots that show the routes that were supposed to be taken and those were actually taken to show the delay this has caused in case that is needed to prove this.

                                  The cab was booked on gozocabs for 30 Apr from trimulgherry to airport on 27 apr.
                                  0n 30 Apr the driver didn't report and customer care gozocabs didn't attend to the complaint by customer of driver not reporting.

                                      I needed cab ride from my stay at goa to airport. Booked Gozocab, paid 1592 for cab fare, driver was alloted. My cab time was 8 am. Cab didn’t show up. I called the driver, gozo support multiple times no one took the call. Had to board another local cab at 8:30. Till 10:30 I didn’t get any response after multiple calls and request call back and whatsapp support. For 2 and half they kept me waiting. I haven’t got the refund yet. They said they have already raised the request for refund but haven’t received it yet. Worst customer service, they charge in advance but don’t respond if the allocated driver is not available. I had flight at 11:30. If I would have relied on gozo cpuld have missed my flight.

                                        My car rental booking (Ref: OW[protected] for Kolkata to Durgapur had wrong address. On my behalf, the booking was cancelled by CC executive (ph:[protected] as I was unable to do the same for issues with login id. The executive advised to write mail to [protected]@gozocabs.in to redirect the amount (Rs. 899.00) to bank account from wallet.
                                        The first mail written on 02.02.2022, reminder on 13.02.2022, but no response. Tried to call customer care many times for call back for assistance but no one rang back.

                                          I had booked my cab online on[protected] for a journey from jaipur to jhansi
                                          the booking was confirmed for[protected] at 12 pm. I had also made the advance payment. In the booking statement it was written that I will get the driver details 3hr before the boarding time but in place of details, I received a mail the my booking has been cancelled at 10:10 am.

                                          The passenger (my mom) was left helpless at the end and could not travel at the end.
                                          when I tried to contact them the told me that they are sorry and cut the call and are not picking up now.
                                          I am seriously disappointed and also feel cheated.

                                            We booked Gozo cab for shimla, delhi and Agra tour round trip from 15.10.2021 to 19.10.201 .. Gozo provided us 1400 km for an amount of Rs 18120.
                                            On first day We asked to provide cab from 6:00 am but cab reached us at 9:30 after several requests ...
                                            Driver has taken in long route for 70km and wasted 2 hours ( actual journey 40 km time one hour but driver has taken 110 km route took 3 hours)
                                            Driver was contineusly on phone.
                                            For filling cng fuel took the to cng stations which ware not provided on the way for this drove 50 extra kms and wasted almost 5hours
                                            Driver does not know route took many wrong routes, took extra time and kms..almost 100km
                                            Driver was not polite ...
                                            And wasted our time and energy in traveling.
                                            For all above he charged extra money even after wasting our valuable time and energy...

                                              Gozo cabs irresponsible cab service. Driver contact not forwarded and. Cab doesn't come in time. No refund initiated. Poorest cab. Services in this world

                                                  2 of my family members booked a cab from Delhi to Bareilly booking id OW[protected] for 4:30 pm .. the cab was not on time .. driver was constantly lying abt its whereabouts and was everytime saying reaching in 15-20 min but he arrived at 8.. no follow up done by Gozo team …extremely irresponsible service… feel so unsafe to travel .. this is not the first time this has happened.. I faced this second consecutive time with Gozo.. drivers appointed are already exhausted while driving throughout the day .. pathetic service.. when you call the customer service they will always say complaint is raised but no actions are taken and no follow up calls are done by Gozo team with the customer..

                                                    I have a cab booking from pilibhit to delhi on 02-june-2021, booking id: ow[protected], also paid rs. 1062 via payumoney on 01-june-2021.
                                                    At the time of booking through app there is no showing terms n condition but when all the completion of my transaction then i received from call from your side people say 4 persons are not allowed in sedan (Value) cab. But my question is when i m booked your cab you doesn't show any conditions....

                                                    Your guy Mr.Basudev cheated and taken extra amount instead of 2123rs Gozocabs charged me 2254rs.

                                                    Instead of 423rs link which was shared they charged 564rs from me and also he behaved in a rude manner&shouted that he will not be refunding my money back.

                                                    Even after several mails and follow ups no one in Gozocabs is bothered about their customer's they are running their organization to fool the loyal customer like me.I trusted on them but they gave a me worst experience I would suggest other's who all are planning to travel by Gozocabs must think twice if they don't want to ruined their happy trip.

                                                    Again I urge kindly refund my additional amount ASAP.

                                                      They just shrug away from providing the service because their driver was not responding. The booking was made well in advance, if I have booked a service you promise to provide, it is your responsibility to fulfil it anyhow.

                                                      To add on to that, they've made me WAIT FOR HOURS, hoping to get me an alternative cab that they kept making excuses for. Finally NO CAB PROVIDED.

                                                      Their cold hearted approach, not showing any urgency or interest in rescuing the situation shows their lack of empathy towards their customers.

                                                      On the day, hour, minute of the travel, and even after waiting for couple of hours beyond that, they did not provide the service and left me gasping for way outs.

                                                        I paid 25% of amount and booked the cab from Nagpur to Gondia when i called the driver he asked me about that can i bring a person along with me . I told no but the thing that came to my mind was about security issues if a driver is asking such question to passengers even I rejected his offer but here comes safety issues For a night ride . When i asked to customer care guy he connected me with the driver and started the argument when I don’t feel safe how can i ride with such a guy . He told me that money can’t be refunded and it’s your fault. I am seriously disgusted with such kind of catering with customers . Will never book such kind of cabs and will assure people around me to not .

                                                          I have booked ticket on 30th oct 2020 at 9.30 pm and cancelled the same. but till now money not credited back.
