GozoCabs — Refund issue

I paid advance for a cab from Mumbai To Nashik.
Car stopped working in 10 minutes after the start of journey.
He made us push the car for 1km but the car didn’t start.
We tried calling customer care but there was absolutely no solution from their side.
This went on from 6.45 am to 8.30 am. We booked another cab in the meantime.
We asked for refund but gozo cab customer care said that we have escalated it, we will let you know.
We get a call saying your advance paid has been used as a cancellation fee.
This is just unacceptable.
How did we cancel the cab when the car itself is not working and we have not been given any solution?
So unprofessional and the service centre is so stupid.
We wasted 2 hours in the morning, pushed the car for no good and had to pay a cancellation fee for it.
Unacceptable, will go to court for this stupid unprofessional behaviour
