At the time of membership on 12.11.2017, the company promise me two minutes movie tickets, candle light dinner (With pathetic customer service) now for booking the holidays they simply denying the request without proper check of last holidays utilised. At the time of enrollment they told in half amt of membership we can avail 3 year membership service i/o 6 years with 6nights (Even in 3 years), but now denied to avail only for 3 nights i/o 6 nights. Not even bother to call back for customer resolution.
