Dear team,
I punit sawant have paid 1, 65, 000 to thane branch grand tourio on 19th jan. Of this 70, 000 was paid through credit card which they told would be on emi basis. But i later found my credit limit was zero and i am supposed to pay whole 70000 amount next month itself. Also these guys don't answer calls and they have this absurd rule not to answer mobile phones from 2 pm to 11 pm being in tourism department. Also during our first meet these guys namely imran, rushikesh and roshni told us that in the 6yrs plan which we took we can take 6 weeks of holiday at a time also. But upon further conversation we came to know that we can take only 6 days of vacation in a year. So basing on all the above things i am not at all happy with the service and request for an immediate refund from the company.
