Hello,
I had purchased holiday membership from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt. Ltd., thane branch on aug 12, 2017. I was promised by the company executive (Arif & priyanka) that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year in a hotel/resort of my choice from the date of membership. I paid rs.56250/- for the same. Now the issues are as below,

1] i had asked holidays for lonavala (30th september, 2017 to 2nd october, 2017) & karjat (4th october, 2017 to 8th october, 2017) and after sending multiple emails & making several calls to their customer care & doing lot of follow-ups to get a reply, they provided me a list of three hotels for each location which was not even star rated. When i asked for a better rated hotels/resorts, it was straight away declined stating that no other hotels are available during that period. At the time of presentation they had promised any 4/5 star hotels/resorts of my choice any time of the year. They are cheating innocent people and looting their money by giving false promises.

2] they had promised several gifts/offers while taking membership & one of them was providing microwave oven which was not given to us. They also promised about candle light dinner every year & when asked for it they gave us a list of hotels with normal buffet dinner instead of candle light dinner.

3] i also called up arif (Senior manager) who was there during the presentation, to resolve my issue regarding the holiday but later he started refusing & not answering my calls & after that i had no option other than sending several mails to cancel my membership & refund my money since they were not providing the services as promised. I had couple of meetings with their director, but they denied on refunding my money even after accepting their mistake about giving fake promises to customers, for which i have ample proof as well.

I would request you to take my complaint and help me to cancel my membership & to get my money refunded which was paid towards the membership.
