Grand Tourio — Non compliance with terms and conditions of the agreement by the company

We had taken membership from this company in 2018 by paying a whooping amount of Rs.90000/- but since then only once we had availed the tour to Ganpatipule. And once we had availed dinner coupons. After that we had called many times. But we didn't get our token gift of microwave which they had promised at the time of agreement. No one is picking up calls. We want refund or else provide the services as per the agreement.

Even I have been duped by this fraud company named Grand turio for Rs 185000. Now they are not contactable. The phone numbers given are not functioning. The emails sent are not delivered and their office is closed. I think all those people who are duped should come together and form a group and approach a political leader like MNS Raj Thackeray sir and take their help and also police to catch these people and get our refund. Individual complaints will not help
