We have purchased 2 number of Voltas A.C 1.5 ton vide invoice no AS/SA/1617/04504 dt 31.03.2017. But products found in damage conditions. So we have complained so many times but no action have been taken on their behalf. Damage description: damage in indoor cabinet. At the time of purchase they assure so many thing but at the time of installation it found that indoor cabinet was already broken. Engineer told me to register complaints and we complained.
