Respected Sir/Maam,
I went to your branch at 229, Rajdanga, Nabapally, Kolkata-700107 on 10th Dec, 2016 with the hope to buy Oppo handset having my desired features as I was told before over telephone that my desired handset was present at this location. But that day a representative of your comapny misguided me telling that my desired Oppo phone was not there and then showed me another phone telling me that it had the same features that my desired phone had. As I am a novice to smartphones I believed in him. Later when I started to use that phone I came to know that he has cheated me. Being a cutomer to your comapny I want a justice. The phone given to me is a hybrid model but I was told that the Phone is a dual sim set capable of functioning both the Sim cards and the SD card simultaneously which in reality is not possible in case of the provided to me. Therefore I would like to request you to provide me with fair justice being a customer. I would be highly obliged and grateful to for the same.
