I went to purchase a samsung led 43 inch tv on[protected]. After purchase they told me that they will give the product instantly as they have it in stock but after purchase they lied that the product got sold so its out of stock so they will deliver the tv the next day as early as possible before 12pm. As on[protected] i contacted the person about the delivery they said it will be delivered today itself our person went to collect the tv from the go-down. After that they didn't contacted me. I again called them on 4pm about the delivery they said now there is no delivery person to send it to your address so can you come by yourself to collect it. So i kept the phone and went there with my two wheeler and collected it and after collection and giving the delivery fare from myself the tv they gave me was a used tv. There were no welcome screen when i started the tv and there were 3 bluetooth connected devices to the tv and also there were no tags or any branding tags / sticker on the tv which has proved that the tv was being used. So i demand great eastern trading salkia to take away the old tv and supply me with a new one.
