I have purchased an air conditioner of Hitachi make 1.5 TR vide seller Great eastern trading co bill no w1324/1819/04067 dt 06.06.18.It was installed on 08.06.18.After that it was not functioning properly.Proper cooling not available.Lodged complain through their toll free no video DOS req. no [protected] dt 17.06.18.Informed to Great eastern Sinthimore branch by physically also.But till now nobody has attended my problem.I am helpless to get the service from Hitachi/Great Eastern Trading and to get comfort of ac during this scorching heat at present in Kolkata.My name Mr Subrata Malakar mob.[protected] email. subrata malakar.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
