Great Eastern Trading — staff behavior and product handling | |||
I have purchased 1 refrigerator (Haier) on 18-04-18 from great eastern trading, sinthi more brunch. Order number is w1322/1819/00990. Same was delivered on 22-04-18 by mr. Sonu and mr. Bachhu. While placing the refrigerator they broke my water purifier (Pureit) due to their inefficiency. Now, could you please tell me who will give me the compensation?? I need either a water purifier of same company or else the money to purchase it. As per the consumer act i don't think my demand is wrong. Looking forward for a quick response with a positive note. I am still awaiting for a response. It's very strange that no one bothers about guest feedback. Very sad to experience this.
