Great Holiday Club — Cheated

Respect sir/madam
With regards I would like to share my experience with Great holiday club. I had taken five years travel package on 11.12.16 from saket branch, and I was told to be given the following facilities
1. Stay at only 5 star hotel anywhere in the world
2. Sightseeing and activities at tourist places
3. Driver with a car
4. Translator at non English speaking countries
I was told that I could use maximum of three weeks of my total package in a year for which I have to pay a maintenance charge of 7500 for a year.
Now, I am being told that:-
1. I have to pay 7500 for every week of my stay which I wasn't told when I took this package.
2. They are not assuring my stay at only 5star hotel, saying it can be a 2 or 3 star hotel also.
3. No sightseeing and activities will be provided.
4. No car and driver facility will be provided
5. No translator facility will be provided
6. I haven't got my package within the told time which was till 12.02.2017 and still haven't received my kit.

I really had a bad experience with your company and will not recommend it to anyone.
I request you to please Refund my money or provide me with the facilities I was told and the promises I was given.
I have already raised a complaint at Saket police station, Delhi and I have talked to my lawyer and your company will receive a legal notice within a couple of days.
