I have been approached by the great holiday club members, named gopal (Big fraud)- cell number - [protected], in mount abu and offered free membership without amc along with gift vouchers.

However on application form they wrote amc charges and advised me that this is just paper formality and we shall not be charged any money towards amc charges.

However soon i received letter of membership mentioning annual amc charges and no gift vouchers were sent as committed. I have sound recording of the commitments made by the great holiday club official.

Gopal kept on entertaining me for months stating soon i shall get corrected letters. After spending months of time now declared to have left the company.

Their team mates fredy guy and their goa officials who claim to represent the company are also true fraud.

Other great holiday club officials who made fraud commitments are also claiming to have left the company and the company officials are just moving the responsibility from one head to other.

Please arrange to share the details of fraud network of the great holiday club so that no other persons is falling traped into it.

This is true message. We all sufferers must unite and lodge complain at ministry of tourism/ consumer kendra so that license of this fraud company is cancelled.
In case of any problem please report to consumer forum such companies target the middle income man only.

Customers remember one thing nothing is free in this world.

    I want to take legal action against this fraud or they will need to return full amount.

      Please arrange to share the details of fraud network of the great holiday club so that no other persons is falling traped into it.
      Don't rely on employees, they can tell anything to get their commissions, check with manager of the company whatever information provided to you is true or not...
      Last year was last year of our great holiday club membership but due to lockdown every membership extended by 1 year.. now in this year when v asked for holiday they r asking for AMC.. we paid it before lockdown and availed nly 2 holidays after paying AMC..still we have 4 holidays in that but they r asking to pay AMC again..too much they are taking rather than giving.. pls solve

        My name is smt. Sasikala. D. On 04/10/2017 md. Javed venue manager whose contact no. Is [protected] of m/s. Great holiday club, rch hospitality, gf-30, mgf mall saket new delhi called us i. E. Me and my husband by offering us free gifts and vouchers of worth rs.50, 000/-. After reaching their destination i. E m/s. Great holiday club, rch hospitality, gf-30, mgf mall in the saket city walk mall saket new delhi compelled us to purchase ownership card for an amount of rs.1, 32, 000/- (Rupees one lakh thirty two thousand only). We have not accepted to purchase the membership card stating that no such huge amount is available in my account. When i put the atm card pin number to show him the balance amount he had deducted an amount of rs.30, 000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only). At his own without my permission. Since he had deducted the amount of rs.30, 000/- we had left with no option and compel to sign in the membership documents without going through the terms and conditions of the document we blindly signed in the paper. Also he has not given any time to go through terms and conditions. He has not given any cash receipt/cash memo in token of rs.30, 000/- us. As such requested to refund the refund the money immediately. Inspite of repeated requests he has not issued company's cash memo/cash receipt for rs.30, 000/- which is required to be signed over the revenue stamp. After reaching our house we have gone through the terms and conditions and we disagree with this terms and conditions. As such wants to get refund of the money. Also when we contacted to the company customer care number they are not at all responding properly and not saying the procedure to get refund of the money. Also it is intimated that we have not gone there to purchase membership card voluntarily only they invited us md. Javed venue manager fraudulently swiped the card and deducted the amount and not given any time to read over the terms and conditions of membership card we were forced to sign. It is therefore we are requesting to refund the money of amount rs.30, 000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only).

          We book our membership in great holiday club in may 2017 in 59500 rps at vadodara center square mall office. After that they inform us that we also book total travel package. We booked package of goa & europe and given them total amount of 76, 700 rps. After that they not even book any hotel not even any tour. & when we came there for refund they responded in abusing languages.
          We need our membership to be cancel as they are not taking the responsibility of cancellation and want total refund of our money. We didn't use any single package of your membership.
          Total amount of money 59500 (Membership)+76700 (Tour package)=1, 36, 200

            When we purchased the package we were promised immediate booking and the choice of hotels were rwally good. But once u actually pay them and the list of hotels being provided is completely different from the one promised.
            Secondly i haven't used their service till date and have paid 60000 to them and when i asked for a booking they started asking for another 6000 for a hotel room for 4 days when the original price is worth 1200. And when i asked for a better option they don't revert.
            It's a scamm i am worried if i pay a single penny more they might just stop respondi g

              Friendz i got 2 free vouchers holiday from dlf saket and khurshid alam. When i told them i will join membership after availing 1 holiday. His telemarketing team called wasted my 2 hours time by telling me & wife that they have added advantages of availability of resorts throughout the year without any charge. When i requested a room they asked rs.3000/- plus taxes no breakfast then what is free. I am happy no to take membership and saved my money. I don't think so that they offer any services as per all consumer feedback. They do not have any 4 star or 5 star hotel or resort of theirs. As every time when a room was requested no availability was told.
              In their presentations they show 4 star & 5 star hotels across the world on their laptops.

                My name is mehul patel. I have taken the membership 5 months back from vadodara office... Last week i went to jaipur. They provide me the very excellent property in jaipur.. Infact they got be the booking with in a 10 days. Which no know is providing me the booking in a very short notice period...
                I am very happy customer... Its worth taking membership.. I was very happy customer... And the baroda offics...

                  The company used an offer of a) 2 free PVR movie tickets, b) an online shopping discount voucher and c) a complimentary 3 nights/4 days stay at any Great Holiday Club hotel to intice customers to attend a 45 minute presentation at MGF Saket to sign up for a "1 day only" offer for 10 year membership.

                  While I did not sign up for the offer itself, I would also strongly urge others to avoid this gimmick to attend the presentation. Firstly, they promised to give me the movie tickets over email in 48 hours but later claim to not have any left when I myself followed up. Second, there is an additional administrative fee of 3000 rupees for their offer of 'free' stay for 3 nights and 4 days apart from several other conditions (e.g not usable on weekends, public holidays, etc). Third, they are very aggressive during the presentation asking you to sign up for a "1 day only" offer of membership. Despite patiently hearing them out and conveying my decision after 45 minutes, the agents continued the presentation for nearly 1.5 hours before only partially providing the promised vouchers (b) and c)) and revealing the hidden costs.

                  Overall, this experience has created a very poor impression of Great Holiday Club for me. Based on complaints in this forum they seem to have deceived others with respect to memberships but now they also seem to be deceiving people who might consider giving 45 minutes of their time for the promised vouchers.

                  Strongly urge people to stay away from them and their marketing gimmick!
                  Dear friends, I do have my similar 'bitter' experiences which I would like to share. The kind of enthusiasm these guys have showed me on phone by explaining their 3 wonderful offers (first a 4 days and 3 nights stay gift voucher, secondly with a discount voucher on electronic appliances, lastly on free movie tickets) has been totally reversed after attending the session and coming back home. I was promised that I would be given the free movie ticket vouchers and the online purchase discount voucher by e-mail and from hereon all the drama has started. I have stored the contact numbers of all the team who have called me till I attended their session but now none of these phones respond properly. They cut the phone instantly and put in switch-off mode or sometimes the phone is busy and then immediately when it rings they watch the number and do not lift. Is this what the Club trying to enact with their false promises? I ask the Great Holiday Club team and its owner, are you trying to cheat people these kind of acts? I wonder how come this sort of a company has been running since 25 years with silver jubilee celebrations????
                  Dear customers, be careful...I wasted my time in getting into hands of wrong people and wrong promises. Thank god, atleast I didn't take their 10 year package offer. I should have been crying more had I taken that offer by paying the amount instantly thereon...

                    Got a call saying won a holiday voucher. When went there they explained their packages and i bought a package. Paid rs 15000 for 5 years plan but never received the kit and now they are even refusing to give the kit. The executive from whom i bought the package is now nowhere to find. I will file a case in the consumer court.

                      Hello team,

                      I got a call on 21st april 2017 from great holiday club stating we have a won a lucky draw from their company and are invited to collect the vouchers and coupons from mgf mall, saket, delhi.

                      When we reached the mgf mall saket met with Nakul Khandelwaal ([protected]) and ragiv khan ([protected]) their sales executive who said we have to attend a 45 minute presentation about their membership package, after listening to the same we would be provided with vouchers. During the presentation below information was provided:

                      1) amc of 7500/pa was optional and only required if we wish to avail the services.
                      2) we have option of hotels in all over the world without paying any extra money after taking this membership
                      3) we can book the hotel in any season as per the sales guy
                      4) we were shown the hotels from rci.com instead of greatholidayclub website,
                      Based on the above information we were charged 950000 out of which 95000 we have already paid through my SBI credit card.I have also informed the company (SBI card) that this transaction is disputed.
                      when i read about terms and condition and visit the website, we were disappointed about wrong information. we contacted them but they assured that they will arrange the holiday and will make available other benefits which are not mentioned at website. we contacted various sources and they suggested that without further delaying, make a complaints in consumer forum.

                      Always they contacted over phone and never emailed us despite repeated request which confirms our membership and transaction amount.We are telling them that we want to terminate membership but they are saying that it will not be terminated as seven days period lapsed despite their marketeers never told about these terms and condition.                       I also want to convey that they didn't mailed us from their official website regarding the membership and transaction amount despite repeatedly asking. They were giving just assurance. We conveyed them that we will not going to avail any service currently for which they are pushing us as well as in future due to gross lack of trust due to their consistent misinformation and verbal assurance.

                        After a series of disappointments for the last one month in view of the so called great holiday club, today only i saw this complaint forum where i found like me there are many who have been cheated, looks like an entrapment, being called to mgf saket and having offered a holiday coupon, thereafter a series of lies, following which adeal.
                        Anyways i guess i got to know about the company at an early stage and that people around me including me are not going into any kind of deal with this club.

                        I had a deal with this club on 19/03/2017, and had paid 15000 rs as a part of first installment but have not recieved any membership id or anything of that kind.
                        On asking for services in manali as a part of my membership claim, i was denied the services.
                        Now, without any further dialogue i just want to cancel the deal and want 15000 rs to be refunded back to me as i do not want any membership with this club.
                        Also i want the employees mr. Ragib khan and mr. Nakul to be strictly dealt with for their apathy and unprofessional attitude.

                          I have taken a trial membership of rs 16500 from mr shahbaz khan. At the time of taking membership, he promised to provide 5 star accommodation facility along with fooding and local sight seeing. But the biggest tragedy is once i made the payment. His number is not available for further contact. Once i tried to book, i got a mail i have to pay amc of 7500 and that is only for stay. The company is not providing anything, it is big cheater company. I suggest you all, never take any membership from ghc. Its a big fraud company

                            How long do you take to send a confirmation mail to a customer once they pay for a membership. And how long do you take to deliver the complete kit. It's 48hrs + since made the payment for the 5yrs package through credit card. And am yet to receive the confirmation mail. Would be happy if you send the confirmation mail at the earliest. Done through your office at Saket.

                              This company cheated to their client always and never commit which they told on selling time. Sales person Ashish, shailendra committed to us for hotel stay, Sightseeing, and activities at tourist places, Driver with car and many more things and now they are denying from their words. I would never recommend this company package.
                              And after we are planning for a holiday and now they are not able to provide resort.
                              Please nobody take service from here.

                                Great Holiday Club cheated me. I paid them Rs. 130000. Avinash Sharma from Great Holiday Club in wave mall noida promised me following things.

                                1. I just need to pay only 500 for meal per person for whole day but I didn't get any such service.

                                2. I just need to pay 10 rupees per kilometer for cab but I didn't get any such service.

                                3. It was mentioned that some of the rides(if I am going to Goa) will be free.but I didn’t get a single ride free.

                                Besides they hotels they provide to stay are also open for anybody. Anybody can book from Internet and that will be cheap because 90% of the hotels are available in the range of 2000 to 2800 per night.

                                They promise but the contract doesn't contain 70% of the points they promise. When I called them and shared my issues then they mentioned that do you have it in written.

                                  I got a call from their executive saying that I have won a free PVR gold movie voucher, a 3N/4D stay and an online shopping voucher. For collecting vouchers I along with my wife were asked to come to their office at MGF Saket mall and listen to their presentation about their holiday packages. On reaching there one of their executive explained their holiday package(for Rs 60000) to us, which I did find interesting. I asked them for their websites as I wanted to research a bit before spending such huge sum money, to that their executive said that they can't give any references to their online presence, which I found suspicious because he said that they are in business for over 15 years, how come they don't have any online presence. Then I asked the guy if I can contact him after sometime as I need time to think before I spend such huge amount, which he refused and said I can't buy it ever if I don't buy it now. What kind of business refuses customers for ever. He was pushing me to buy the package right then and there only. I said no to them and he said that movie vouchers will be send by email, which I never got. The voucher that they gave for online shopping is also fake, since the website(wowdealsonline.com) mentioned on the voucher does not exist. For availing 3N/4D stay which they said is free you have to pay Rs 3000 in advance, which I won't since the first two vouchers are of no use, I don't trust them to spend Rs3000 in advance.
                                  My advice to everybody is don't even go there and waste your time as this is a fraud company.

                                    Me and my wife were invited to their branch on Saturday the 07-Jan-17 around 4:45pm at the Ground floor of the MGF metropolitan Mall Saket, New Delhi for a 45 minutes presentation on the promise of a couple movie pass to PVR cinemas at the end of the presentation irrespective of whether we bought anything or not. After the presentation the manager on duty and the executive were too forceful and literally were compelling us to buy the package on the spot. When requested for atleast an hour to speak to my family they just refused and said either buy it on the spot or we will not give you the package offer again which I found extremely strange. Anyways I declined and said that in that case I shall be leaving and the couple movie passes as promised to which they said it will be emailed within 24 hours. Till date nothing has been emailed and I have even tried to call and message the executives from back office who fixed this appointmnet Mr. Pawan Kohli [protected] and Mr. Alok [protected] but neither is answering calls or replying to messages. Forget about buying their packages would suggest dont even waste your time going to their presentation as their appear fraudulent.

                                    Post the complaint I got calls from their head office 011-69999486 from Alok and Simran who resolved the issue and mailed me the couple tickets as originally promised.
                                    Great Holiday Club customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I would like to withdraw your attention against policy in the name of syed mohd azim dated[protected]. I visited your center stage mall, noida office for presentation from your executive i. E mr. Gyanendra kumar upadhayay 7 & avinash sharma. I pick a policy for 3 years of rs. 30, 000 inclusive of all charges for next 3 years and made a payment through credit card at that time. I was asked to fill the form with basic details such as name, contacts, and dob signatures and was assured to return me agreement as per the discussion. But on tuesday i got a welcome call from your corporate office and i came to know i have to pay amc and balance amount of rs.28, 000/-. On asking why these charges are implied to my policies representative told me that this policy is for 5 years and an addition rs. 7, 500/- have to paid every year in form of amc. This totally contradicts which your executive words during presentation and as per agreement sent to me. I visited your noida branch office to refund amount but they asked me to continue the policy with these levied charges. I don’t want to continue this policy, you are requested to refund my complete amount of rs. 30, 000/- asap and close this policy. I have a humble request you to share every information/charges related policy to customer despite of making them fools. I am really disheartened with the attitude of your executives and partial information conveyed to us.
