No service, need refund

Address: 5, Meadows Building Perseraulim, Salcette, Goa 403708

We have been approached by Mr. Yash & Mr. Arif for the plan, accordingly we purchased it. Both have agreed to give refund if we don't like it after first use. We have some medical emergency hence we requested both of them to refund, Yash had told that he had put request in company but there is no reply yet. Mr. Arif is not answering calls he is the zonal head. We urgently require refund....

HI...I have taken the membership of great holiday club and paid half the price. The agent is not answering calls now. No response even to the mail sent to them for complimentary booking.

    I have taken membership ( GO122021A[protected]SH ) from great holidays however we were not provided with any of the facilities as stated while explaining the facilities
    We haven't received our 7across kit( ID 7125586).6 months have passed by but I have not received it and wherein we were said that our international holidays will be free in odd years.
    We were being fraud by your deemed company and we therefore need our full amount which we paid during our membership
    Mr. Mahesh and Ms Zia is very keen in fooling people by their marketing strategies in frauding people and taking their hard earned money as they are not available now whenever we try to reach out to them.
    We want our international trip i.e Maldives Booking any how by your company free for which we will provide the booking details once we receive a reply from your end promptly.
    If we don't get any response or our money back, we will be forced to take legal action and to complain under consumer court.

      We came to Lonawala for Vacations.On the 15th March 2022 below incident was done.
      We were approached by some sales executive Ajay on road who asked us to choose some random vouchers and one of our voucher showed prize won from Great Holiday Club & Resort..

      He asked us to come over to the venue for small presentation by team and collect prize after scratching the reward.
      We went through property visit and company presentation, and then they (Rashid Qureshi& Mahesh Parmar) asked us to take their membership plan which we rejected as we were not interested and it was not in our budget as per our credit card limit. Still the sales person pushed us to let him check the credit card limit for which we are not ok.

      He(Rashid Qureshi) took the card assuring is to just check the balance but instead he swiped the card and made a transaction of 50k without our knowledge.

      Post that whatever Rashid & Mahesh narrated as oral presentation during initial rounds was found null and void during reading of written agreement. Even it claims for paying up extra charges for me during free 3N/4D which we won as per scratch card. Even your pick and drop part is saying not provided.Also They clearly said that we can cancel membership within 7 Days for which they are denying now.

      Which is totally unacceptable. that was my last day in lonawala & I was returning back to Gujarat. I was in hurry that is why I could not file FIR against them.

      After that we tried to contact their Customer care & they denied to refund the Money. I had word with Rashid & Asked him to cancel my membership So he also denied for the same & Spoke with me in very Rude manner.
      It's totally fraud company as i searched from website and also seen so many complaints towards company

      Now I want all my money back without further delays.

        We have completed our full payment, but now we are receiving emails that 10000 is still pending. We are trying to contact the person who registered our membership in Goa - Ruheen, but she isn't responding to our calls from a month now. Also none of the customer care numbers are responding.
        Please help ASAP fixing the issue and contact back

          My membership no ow[protected]tmi

          i have taken membership in june 2019 on the condition that they will provide me vacation in any hill station that year in north india.
          But they didn't
          then due to covid all activities were closed.
          Since early march, 2022 i have been writing and requesting them to give any hill station in any month this summer.
          They didn't reply, forget about the action
          my complimentary vouchers for free holidays were scanned & sent to them but no response from them.
          Now if no positive response from the great holiday club comes in near future then i will take legal course against the club and its directors

            Great holiday company is fraud company.
            They make fool of people.
            They are cheaters and get contract signed through cheating
            Morethan 30year They tell me something different but after signing contract and getting money 50000 Rs they change the words
            Latter they admitted mistake and agreed to cancel contract and retrn money
            They send me form ask it to fill and send back form with original contract
            After receiving contract they return money in 2installments
            But since they are fraud. They close office after fraud and noida sector 18 office closed
            And after that not getting any response on mail and phone
            Please do not trap in there fraud

                Great Holiday Club is Fraud/False Marketing Chain all around Goa. They might not have any real office. Please read only the negative Google reviews as positive one made by their people.

                My wife and I went to Goa for a couple of days and became victims of "Great Holiday Club" which has been running a false and fraudulent marketing...

                Mr jayesh tell they will swipe 1 rs but he took 50k loan from my debit card.
                N now I am not interetested and asking for cancel my request but not responding .
                Plz cancel my request otherwise I will take legal action

                  Hi,
                  This is to inform all the people out there who visit goa. I was travelling Goa with my wife where we noticed a guy on road with multiple scratch coupons. He stopped our bike on road and asked us to scratch. He asked us to come the grand hotel Goa where they started telling about their hotels and travelling packages. I almost didn't agree to their package which was costing around 1 lakh and later they cheated me saying just pay one rupee you will get a confirmation from bank whether I have to take this offer or not. But after they swipe my card for 1 rupee asap i got a message for paying emi. These people spoiled my holiday in goa and still I'm waiting for refund from great holidays club. These people sell package with wrong information and later they force customer to take it at any cost.

                  The manager who said us we will get refund in 3 days his name is jayesh[protected].
                  Amount swipe from my card 50000.
                  Amount the said they will refund 48250.
                  Here because of their mistake I'm getting a loss of 1800 plus bank emi 4600 i have to pay from my pocket. Its been 20 days now im waiting for refund. Your agent Jane pereria said its been processed but now she's not responding me properly. I'm wait for few more days then i'm going to take a strict action against these 2 people who sold me this package.

                      I had registered recently with GHC. the marketing team informed regarding Dail an exchange and other services. when i try to register with DAE, i was not able to complete. i send a mail to GHC on 19th OCt.2021 which is till not answered. Also i try to call the toll free no(which is to only no. to contact on card and website) which is promting some other company name?
                      how can i register for vaccations or utilze the service with such support.
                      they collected KWD2745.00. if they cant provide the proper service i requied my money back. The agreement is for 30 years and how can i go with a service so long with this kind of support?

                        Our membership was to end in 2020 but due to corona that whole year wasted and our membership increased by 1 year.Now when we asked for a holiday 15 days prior to our dates, they said no availability in nainital, than no room in mussorie. Than they asked for AMC that we already deposited in 2019 .. 2020 was lockdown than how cud we avail that amc u tell .. now that amc of 8000 got wasted now they r again asking for AMC... i know all this is being done because already r membership is abt to finish...out of 5 years holiday we availed only 1 year till now.. such a great loss for us... great profit for company...than also they r asking for AMC that has already been paid by us..pls take this into a matter...as earlier also we deposited AMC in 2016 nd used it till nxt year untill our 1 year holidays finished.. now how they can say no...is our money has no value .. pls take this srsly into matter..thnkx
                        Take action otherwise i vil go in consumer court

                          Great holiday club is the biggest fraud company i have ever seen in India . I was visting goa in april and the member of great holiday club was meet and gave offer and then we meet the manager of great holiday club and the gave offer of their package and said so many things about them . finally they convence us about their package and they told us that they send card for using thier package after 20 days and take payment from us . Almost 6 months gone there is no response regarding our package they don’t send any card, even they are not attending our calls or msgs . please solve our problem otherwise i can take strict action .

                              For Booking they are not lifting and calls and also not confirming booking as it's more than 20 days gone after giving request... It's totally waist of money for becoming member and also spoiling my holiday for no reasons.

                                    Not taking bookings since almost two years against packages for which I have already paid in advance. Very unethical behaviour when talking to these people. Not taking calls, not responding to mails. It’s clear case of fraud.
